  I really wish I knew the man who did my windshield service because he ABSOLUTELY deserves the biggest shout-out. Through my car insurance, I received service for a major crack in my windshield caused by flying rocks on the highway. While calling my insurance took a long time, the process with Safelite was delightful every step of the way. I booked them to arrive at my work. The gentleman arrived about 5 minutes early and had messaged both when he was on the way and when he arrived. I was in the middle of a meeting at work, and he patiently waited for me to wrap up and got started right away. Fast service and a sweet demeanor, plus a safe drive for me now with his services - 100/10 would recommend - always coming back.

  Highly recommend Safelite auto glass. For one thing, I did not have to miss any work came to my job site and replaced windshield very satisfied, customer very professional and very respectful when dealing with tech.. my windshield looks amazing! Thank you safelite!

  I brought my vehicle to Safelite to repair a small windshield crack. Immediately after the repair, the technician showed me that the crack had spread beyond the filled area. The technician explained that it happened because of the pressure during the repair. While the technician was courteous and honest about what happened, I was disappointed that the repair made the crack worse and now I may need a full windshield replacement. I hope Safelite will stand behind their work and make it right.

  I would like Safelite to know that Kenny, the mobile windshield installer, is the best technician I've ever had. I've had a few different Safelite technicians over the years, and after previous installations I could always hear road noise or experience creaking around the windshield. Then one day Safelite sent Kenny, and everything changed. Kenny is professional, friendly, and easy to talk to, but what really stands out is the quality of his work. His craftsmanship speaks for itself. Since Kenny installed the windshield on my 2014 Challenger, I've had no road noise, no creaking, and the installation feels incredibly solid. I've even noticed that when small rocks hit the windshield, it seems much more durable than my previous installations. I'm not saying it's indestructible, but there's a noticeable difference in the quality of his work. Because of that experience, I specifically requested Kenny to install the windshield on my Tahoe as well. Once again, the results were outstanding. The road noise disappeared, and the installation was just as solid as the first one. Safelite is fortunate to have someone with Kenny's level of skill. When I asked how long he'd been doing this, he told me 35 years. After seeing his work, I believe every bit of it shows. His attention to detail and commitment to quality set him apart. In my opinion, he's the kind of technician who could teach others that doing the job right is more important than simply doing it quickly. Kenny completely changed my opinion of windshield installations. He made me realize how much of a difference a true professional can make. My vehicles are much more enjoyable to drive now that the wind noise and creaking are gone. Thank you, Kenny, for your outstanding workmanship and professionalism. I truly hope Safelite recognizes you for the excellent work you do. As long as you're with Safelite, I'll continue to use their services and request you whenever I need another windshield installed.

  Five stars for Timothy who completed the replacement and Five stars for Andre & Quentin who showed up but was unable to complete the task as they should have never been sent; the parts weren't even approved through insurance yet. All of the technicians were professional, kind and considerate. Timothy was fantastic and explained everything as he completed the replacement. However, I would give the Safelite Office/Scheduling 1 Star for all the miscommunication. It shouldn't have taken 3 appointments to complete this replacement. The technicians and your customer's time is valuable.
