  The entire staff at the Avondale Arizona location was extremely helpful. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with fairness and kindness and all the support I needed to have my glass replaced. Didn't technician came out and spoke with me and gave me the exact details of what needed to be done to replace the glass and the recalibrate the windshield to the car. I could never be more pleased with the level of service and kindness that I received it is truly a testament or what's safe like has accomplished over the years and the in-house service was top-notch. I certainly hope I don't need another glass for my car whatever I ever do Safelite is the right choice. Thank you G. E. Evans

  Easy to schedule. Efficient, friendly and effective. I don’t like that you give me a 4 hour window when you will show up. That’s a waste of my day. Give me a specific time within 30 minutes.

  Great service! It was easy to schedule on line and it went through my insurance. Website allowed me to make appointment at time and location that were convenient for me. When I got to the shop, the staff greeted me immediately and they were very friendly. They gave me a ballpark on a time frame for completion and it was only a couple of hours later that they called me to pick up my car. I received a notification when it was time to remove the tape on my windscreen and a notice with my certificate of calibration for my camera system. Very happy with my experience there!

  Service was average. The very next day, my mirror camera and wiring harness fell off the windshield while I was driving. What made it even more frustrating is that there was no way to speak with an actual person by phone. The automated system only sends you through prompts and then tells you to go online to schedule service, with no other real options. I had to go back to the website just to book a warranty repair for an issue that should not have happened in the first place. Based on this experience, I would not use Safelite again.
