  I want to first thank all three workers on this day. I was helped as soon as I pulled up with my questions and oil change. We all know its not easy finding great Customer Service in business,So when you receive it from a business then it’s very appreciated. “ELIJAH, Megan and Jordan Thank you guys for your service.   I went to Jiffy Lube last night for an air filter by the time I got home every engine light was on in my car, but they were closed already so I couldn’t go back. I’m not blaming them but very odd coincidence. Took my car to Firestone today instead sorry Jiffy Lube I usually like you, but the timing of that was very odd.

  So let me begin with I took my Mercedes in for an oil change I was confident being a national chain that the job would be done efficiently and correctly and I was totally wrong. After I was handed the key back to my car and paid the total amount due I drove next door to the car wash and halfway through the wash cycle My alarm system started making a sound like a cat being choked. At that time I received a call from the jiffy lube I just left saying Mr Jenkins You need to bring your car back We forgot to put your splash guard back on the bottom of your car. Also known as a rock guard. I drove right back next door to have them install it and the whole time my alarm would not stop making the noises. I was offered an apology and that they were going to Make a report. I asked them did you even put oil in the car and proceed it to tell them to double check everything because I couldn't understand when your sole job is to change the oil and forget to put a part back on How could I trust anything was done right. I told them I wanted to speak to a manager but the manager was conveniently not there that day and that he would give me a call later that day or The coming Monday. I never received a call so I made a call to the corporate headquarters and made a complaint and within 10 minutes then I received a call from a regional manager apologizing. Fortunately my alarm system is okay I had to dry it out and clean off the contacts that got wet. The manager asked me how could they make this right and I told them to refund me my $169 for my oil change which I was sent a check within a week. My point is if your name is jiffy lube and your sole job is to change the oil How could I ever trust you again to do it correctly. I don't know about other locations but I definitely will never go back to this location and and reluctant to ever use Jiffy lube again I'd rather just go to the dealership and pay the premium. They could at least have called me instead of me having to call the corporate office so I feel like the ball was dropped in all areas.

  Very cordial and knowledgeable intake coordinator. Quick and convenient. WAY higher price than I had anticipated.
