  We took our wrecked car to Gerber Collision, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and Chris went above and beyond to assist us. Not only did he personally remove the brand-new tires from the wrecked vehicle, but he also mounted them onto our other car for us. His willingness to accommodate this request and handle the work himself was truly impressive and greatly appreciated. The service was outstanding, and we will definitely return to Gerber in the future.

  Excellent customer service with real action behind warranty of parts and service. After my repairs there were some challenges with my AC retaining cold temps in the heat of AZ. Service Tech and Manager Chris took quick action to recharge and troubleshoot..eventually identifying a faulty part. Once replaced his team went the extra mile, literally, with garage to front door delivery due to me traveling. Highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass because this team responds to adversity with the customer in mind and stands behind their work.

  They fixed up my car about 3 years ago after an accident, the paint started chipping on my back bumper. Brought it in & the guy immediately said they would have it fixed under the warranty. Covered a rental for me & had my car back within 2 days. Looks gorgeous, great service, friendly, no hassle about the warranty either. Really appreciate it!!

  I had 2 cars need to repair through my insurance. David & Janaya were very helpful and made the whole process very smooth and easy. The repair works were great and in a timely manner. Definitely will refer this shop to anyone.
