  Very bad customer service unprofessional people are working there. I requesting that one of the customer service people please may pick me up. She said no we’re not allowed to pick you up from 5 miles this message for attention for the location Avondale location in Roseville Roosevelt and Avenel is please take care of the lady. She spoke with me. She hung up the phone.

  The staff at this location are truly amazing. I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone is so nice, helpful and knowledgeable! Even when I've had not the greatest experiences at other enterprise locations....this one literally never lets me down! They are great!

  The vehicle they will give you on insurance to be “comparable” to a midsize sedan (Toyota Camry) tell me… is a subcompact that barely gets to 45mph the same as a midsize sedan? What a scam. Going over to Hertz 👌

  I have used this particular location a couple of times and never had an issue till recently. While returning the vehicle another customer jumped the line and the way the customer rep handled the situation was very disappointing. He got upset when I politely expressed my displeasure and I was also refused a return ride/drop off. Very unprofessional!

  The best part of my car wreck journey has been my rental from Enterprise. Tyler was great and able to explain prices until the insurance took over.
