  I went to this Enterprise having the worst luck I was serviced by Eli Kotlarz he was so polite calm and understanding. We are in 115 degrees heat this man has been walking around all day jumping in and out of hot cars dealing with nice and rude people and still had the best attitude. He understood me my frustration and as hot as it was he still wanted to make sure I was good. He didn’t rush me, he didn’t ignore me he didn’t show no signs of not wanting to help me at all. This man attitude was speaking boss but he was not he was just an employee. He made sure the vehicle I was put in I was comfortable with and assured me if I felt uncomfortable after leaving just contact him and he would make sure I was took care of. Eli took the time to hear me out, find me a good vehicle and get me out the door in a decent amount of time with the best manner and care. The other worker were just as polite the facility was very clean and well maintained. Thank you Eli for a great Enterprise experience I will be back.

  Enterprise is my go to for renting vehicles. On this occasion. I had Patrick customer service agent was wonderful, heard me out great customer service very patient. I recommend Enterprise for renting vehicles you will not be unhappy.

  Every time we rent it's always easy and smooth. Cars are always clean and run great. The staff is where their money is at. From the person that checks you in to the guy that gives you a ride back home are just fantastic. They really do take care of everything. Thanks guys

  Such a great experience with this rental office , I received a friendly smile as I heard “ can I help you “. That makes the wait so much pleasant , , but I can say I waited no longer that 15/20 minutes to get me my reservation !! 😀. Epic service , 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. So give this ENTERPRISE RENTAL OFFICE a visit for your next rental !!

  I’m in a rental car a lot. I travel with my wife and I’ve rented from a lot of different companies as well as enterprise and I gotta tell you this is the best experience I’ve ever had renting a vehicle my truck in the shop and Matt at the Avondale location was the most professional wonderful person to work with and unfortunately, he’s moving to the Queen Creek location because I would definitely go back and see him every time I need a Rental 10 stars.
