  Stopped in to take a look at a couple campers I had been looking at online. Worst experience I have had at any location. Their main focus is financing. From the start I told them I was paying cash (presumably the price was the same as online for there) and he still asked “well what would be a comfortable monthly payment” again I told him cash and the model numbers I wanted to see and he still needed an answer to the monthly payment and said, “we will come back to that”. We went and looked at a couple campers. The salesman knew nothing about them and just complained that they were unlocked. When we got back inside I asked for a price and he talked about financing again but did not provide a price. When I told him I would not need to finance depending on the price and asked for the price again I got no answer about price but he tried to sell me on the add on packages and he put my papers together like he was taking me to a finance guy or something. I just walked out. Not sure if it was the fact we are a queer couple or that a woman was wanting to purchase with cash and he didn’t believe me but to be treated like that. Won’t ever be going there to buy my camper.

  Was told a coach at their other location was absolutely beautiful. Drive 45 minutes to find the coach a rundown piece of garbage!

  We went here with the hopes of looking around, we already know what kind of design we wanted because we been looking online, but the sales person would not show us around unless we confirmed we were buying today, the first thing he said when he greeted us was that he does not get paid to walk around, he only showed up 2 RVS (which was not the one we wanted to see in the first place) and he wouldn't show us anymore unless we told him we were going to buy, he asked us multiple times why we weren't sure we told him we would buy if we found the right thing, then he just told us to go look around and come back when we were ready to finalize. Which at camping world you can't just go look around on your own house need a sales person with you because everything is locked.

  I visited this location to look at travel trailers and had a disappointing experience. When we arrived, we were greeted by a young woman at the front desk who was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. She then referred us to Stuart. Stuart let us know he was working on his day off and said he would find another representative to assist us. After waiting about 15 minutes with no one coming to help, he noticed our frustration and suggested we go ahead and start looking at trailers on our own. He mentioned he would send someone out to assist us, but unfortunately, no one ever came. We ended up spending around 30 minutes walking around by ourselves. Several trailers were locked, so we weren’t even able to see the interiors, which made the visit feel incomplete and frustrating. Overall, the lack of assistance and follow-through made us feel unwelcome. Based on this experience, I would not return to this location or consider making a purchase here.

  My husband and I went in today to look at 2 specific Cougars that our Vegas location did not have. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Stu was our sales rep. Right off the bat we felt like an inconvenience. We decided to give it a chance since they just openned. We were asked if we were just looking and wasting his time, because they were down employees. But would help if serious.Also asking all our finance information before we even decided which one we wanted. He was friendly, but seemed overwhelmed from lack of staff. More than likely will not buy from this location.
