  Robert did an amazing job keeping me informed of the entire progress and helped me fix so many other problems I’ve been dealing with for a while. Amazing service and was always so nice. All the guys there were nice! Definitely will be back for many future repairs!

  Allen, was an Angel in disguise. He was wonderful to work with. He is empathetic, professional, funny, and honest, to say the least. He helped my family and I out with very honest pricing.   I would like to sincerely thank and highly recommend the Brakes Plus location in Avondale for their outstanding professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. We initially experienced an issue with the diagnosis of the air conditioning system on my 2019 Nissan Altima. However, the way they handled and resolved the situation far exceeded my expectations. General Manager Allen Stoner demonstrated exceptional professionalism from beginning to end. He listened to our concerns with genuine empathy, took full responsibility on behalf of the shop, and honored his word by making sure our vehicle was repaired properly without charging us a single dollar for labor or refrigerant. I would also like to give special recognition to Roberto, whose patience and dedication were truly remarkable. He took all the time necessary to speak with me, answer every question I had, and thoroughly explain each step of the repair process, including why the compressor and condenser needed to be replaced and how the entire A/C system works. His customer service, honesty, and technical knowledge gave us tremendous peace of mind. Today, my car is blowing ice-cold air, and my son can finally ride comfortably in the back seat despite the extreme Arizona heat. This team proved that they are a business with integrity that genuinely cares about the satisfaction, safety, and well-being of the families in their community. Thank you, Allen and Roberto, for turning a difficult situation into such a positive experience. You have earned a customer for life.

  I had a great expierence cassey and the staff were amazing ! They gave me a good price for fixing my A/C and the customer service was the best ever !!! Defiantly will be a returning customer and would recommmend them for services .
