  Made an appointment and showed up on time for a 1pm oil change and tire rotation, and they didn't get my car in until almost an hour after my scheduled time and didn't begin working on it until 2 hours after I arrived. I didn't close out until after 4pm. The guy working the front desk was very friendly, but I was told originally it'd take a little over an hour which was not the case. They said they had too many cars, which is understandable but they should remove the scheduling system if appointments are not going to be honored. I was one of three others that waited about 3 hours for a simple oil change. I don't mind waiting, but I didn't arrange alternative transportation as I was quoted a much shorter timeframe.

  Had an early morning appointment and was greeted by Robert, who was friendly and professional. The mechanics quickly found my brake noise issue and Robert explained to me about how everything worked and why it was making noise. Thanks for the excellent service!

  Horrible experience. Made an appointment, confirmed all my information with the check in guy, he read back my number which they inputted in the system wrong so I made sure to correct him. They are supposed to call to let you know what needs to be done and cost once looked at. No one ever called.. they close at five so I’m trying to call since 4:10 they kept putting me on hold and never picked back up each call I made. I finally got ahold of someone at 5:10pm and they said they didn’t even look at my car and could keep it untill Monday to look at it! If that was the case they should have called me along time ago to let me know they couldn’t look at it and I would have taken it somewhere else instead of wasting my Saturday with it in the lot. They weren’t even going to call me to pick it up today because they had the wrong number (their fault again) smh numerous other customers in the lobby upset and angry with their service. I Won’t be going back here again super poor service.

  Brakes Plus is awesome very respectful employees Robert was awesome he made sure my car was running smoothly got me a lift to the gym called me when my vehicle was finished and all around just an amazing experience thank you guys so much

  I have been bringing my car for over two years, I always have good service and always had good experience with everyone that has helped me. I have done my breaks every it’s been good, Freon on my cars and oil changes, I think prices are great for their services compared to other shops
