- WLWyatt LewallenSep 15, 20265.0These guys are the best. It’s rare to find customer service and attention to detail these days. But these guys are everything you want in a shop. It’s clear that their main motivation is customer satisfaction. They are honest, diligent, and they get the work done right. As long as I live in the area I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else.
- DCD CSep 12, 20265.0Finally found a great automotive repair shop. The communication at Total Automotive and Performance went above and beyond, from scheduling, to drop off, estimate of repairs and at final picking up of the vehicle. Our 2018 Dodge Charger has sentimental value to us due to the loss of our son who had owned the vehicle. Another shop we took it to had tried to talk us into thousands of unnecessary repairs. Due to the low miles put on it each year, Total Automotive came back with an honest assessment of what actually needed to be repaired. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a honest repair shop that has fair pricing and does quality work.
- JSJane SmaellieSep 4, 20265.0Excellent experience here. My 2022 VW Taos needed the AC looked at. Dropped my car off late afternoon it was done the next day at 1 pm. I would recommend them to anyone. I’ve already decided, next time, I’m going there. Thanks guys!!
