  Desert RV deserves every bit of this five-star review. I arrived last Thursday needing help identifying a leak in my RV shower’s P-trap. Mike took the time to inspect it and identify the issue for free. He scheduled me for Monday and clearly explained what would be required. When I asked if I could try fixing it myself, he patiently walked me through exactly how he would do the repair. What really stood out was that he told me that if I successfully fixed the leak myself, he would still help reattach the wall panel I had to take apart, at no charge. I did manage to fix the leak, and when I came back on Monday, Mike followed through exactly as promised. He reattached the wall and was amazing the entire way. Honest, generous, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind people like Mike are rare. They has absolutely earned my trust. Mike is gold, and this business deserves your business.

  I am writing to highly recommend Desert RV Parts & Service LLC, especially for handling difficult warranty issues. We purchased our RV in April 2025, and the refrigerator displayed an error code upon delivery. Although the dealership promised it would be fixed before we left, the issue remained unresolved for a year. It was not until I contacted Desert RV Parts & Services LLC that the problem was finally addressed. I cannot thank Loren enough for his help; he truly made the impossible possible. Thanks to his efforts, our refrigerator is working for the first time since we bought the RV.

  Desert RV is a wonderful company! The previous owner of our RV was an apparent idiot & used a HUGE amount of duct tape to "fix" leaking hoses under our kitchen sink (see pic). The Desert Parts technician solved the problem immediately!! I very much appreciate the prompt, skillful, professional service and highly recommend this company!
