  Do not go to this location..... My fiance works in construction, and the company typically gets needed work vehicle parts from autozone. Needless to say that the company, and my fiance take part in the auto zone rewards. We've had to take things back, and even needed certain part numbers that were ordered looked up by purchase historyon his account, but this location looked him straight in the face and said they were unable to look up his phone number to access the recent purchase we were trying to return. In their defense, apparently once you purchase something at an auto zone, it can't be returned unless unopened and unused. We opened it trying to use, but ended up having to borrow one from a neighbor after the item didn't work for us. 75 bucks, no resolution, just lied to our face to avoid what he was told would be a loss for them. Just our experience, we plan to contact corporate. This is not something we'd normally do, and i typically lean towards only leaving positive experience reviews, but this has our blood boiling. We have 4 kids, and 75 bucks on something that didn't work out for us is nuts, but being lied to on top of it because they didn't want to take the loss makes it much worse. They've lost our trust, and our business. I urge you to beware, because if a product doesn't end up working out for you, they're the type to prefer it be you that takes the loss.

  Fantastic service! Angelique assisted in picking the right battery for my vehicle, then offered to install it for me. 10 minutes later I’m on my way with a new battery, great warranty and worry free. Thank you Auto Zone for taking good care of your customer!
