I had a great experience getting my oil change today at the Grease Monkey. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from the moment I arrived. They explained everything clearly, never pressured me into unnecessary services, and had me back on the road quickly. It’s nice to find a team that genuinely values great customer service and quality work. Took my car in to get a blinker fluid refill cost 500.00. Love this place now my blinker works everytime I use it. They also rotated the wipers for free and ramrodded my exhaust pipe. They even upgraded my dipstick to a better fuel efficiency one. Only down side is they took a bite out of my chapsticks in my ash tray. Kinda weird but whatever.

I’ve had a negative experience with the shop a few years ago, but fast forward to now. The shop is ran very well. Ruben helped us with our 2000 Nissan frontier truck. Some of those parts are really difficult to find nowadays because our truck is so old. We were facing a really high bill, but luckily when we took it to grease monkey, we were given time to assemble the parts… and Ruben was able to seek out somebody who could make the parks that were no longer for sale anywhere… now we have a mechanic that can get us parts made for our particular vehicle. That is very hard to upkeep because of its year and age and model. It wasn’t an expensive bill and the team there was very communicative and helpful. We went into the garage to talk to them multiple times to give them updates. They gave us honest opinions on the best course and overall they seem like a tightknit family that look out for each other. I recommend this place just because of the redemption of the shop, but also the consistency in service that we keep getting from this place If you want a good mechanic, I would definitely trust these guys
