  Dear Pilot, The showers were clean. The unnecessary hassle about moving into parking spots, even when our truck is out the way of other drivers is very inconsiderate of the service & the profitable revenue we bring into this economy for employees to be facilitated at this corporation. Please do better! We work 13-14 hours, & just simple want to rest for 8-10 hours, let us have some peace of it doesn’t personally bother anyone. Thanks!

  Head security guard need to be removed ASAP …pulling guns out on the drivers and your own pilot employees is not good for business someone is going to get hurt and that’s just ridiculous on your behalf as a employer to hire people with such disrespectful behavior towards your customers as drivers and your employees…. “This matter needs attention ASAP”🪬

  This place has like a hundred negative reviews but I will share my bad experience to save other's the hassle. I parked overnight and in the morning I dropped my trailer to pick up groceries at the wal-mart 8 miles away. I came back and my trailer was gone. I went to ask management if they had cameras to view what happened. I found out the store manager called a local tow company less than a mile away to tow my trailer. I asked why did you do that I only went to wal-mart and came right back (1 Hour)? I stated you have trailers sitting here overnight that were dropped. He smiles and claims I was supposed to ask him for permission to drop the trailer and visit wal-mart. Last time I checked drivers are humans as well. The truck stop is supposed to be a safe area for drivers. We are delivering to these people's communities and I understand they are poor but to scam us in a predatory way like this, is wrong. $900 charge and the entire yard for the tow company is full of trailers, hotshot, and tractors from the local truck stops. Obvious scammers, I told the tow company employees of BND Tow to their face to stop scamming the drivers. I also went back and told the store manager of this Pilot to his face to stop towing drivers equipment and getting commission, it is wrong and unethical. He claims he had nothing to do with it but law enforcement and the tow company told me he is the one that made the call to tow my trailer and others. This is a 3rd world poor state but even people in poverty can still choose to live and work in a honest way. Be careful drivers and I hope you dont get caught in this scam by this Pilot location.

  They make the toughest skin pizza I've ever had at a pilot. Thank God for teeth because if I didn't have any id have to gum the bread till it was able to eat. Now mind you it's 130 pm So, if you want better pizza try a different time of day it may be better

  Great hospitality and the brother up there that works in clean up, he's a real good-hearted person. Always looking out to help others. Man. I appreciate y'all! oh yeah the lady in the front thank you for getting that half and half Pizza done big shot out. Y'all have a great crew! I love West Memphis
