  Tap to pay doesn’t work, pump gas shutoff doesn’t work. Gas leaked everywhere. Really bad for a normally great gas station chain. Fix your pumps

  Super friendly staff. Went above and beyond. Made me a fresh meal, the chicken was made to order. Amazing cashier and manager. After a quick wait time time for a hot shower. Plenty of parking until later in the day. Can't ask for more.

  I paid for parking in Pioneer TN and I have never experienced a situation like that when I am blocked in by another driver who didn't pay to park and came close to getting into a physical encounter. I noticed when I woke up during the night that trucks were blocking in prime parking and thought surely management is going to come out and have them move but that didn't happen needless to say if I'm in that area again I will just visit the TA where I don't have to ever be worried about being blocked in.

  The SHOWERS OMGGGGG ..like we already kno u barely clean them but Damn ..could u at try …the toilet was full of urine and left behind booty streaks…floor just nasty …spiders running around ..sink got hair from whoever shaved …toothpaste in all ..what yall pick the towels up n close the door for the next driver huh …just lazy ..like we all have a job to do right .. yall fixed the parking wonderful yall remodeled the inside I’m guess or the lights makes it look cleaning idk but that amazing …BUT CAN U CLEAN THE SHOWERS PLEASE

  It seems that the brand—which has always been an icon in the trucking industry and for everyone working in the world of transportation—is turning into total garbage. They kicked me out of the lot, even though every single parking space was empty, simply because they claim I’m only allowed to park for two hours. This makes me seriously reconsider whether Pilot is still the best option for fueling up, taking a shower, and grabbing a bite to eat—or if I’d be better off giving Love's a chance instead. Because this changes everything: sure, they’re the owners, but *we* are the ones who sustain the business and support their infrastructure. They really ought to think this through; a driver in their store is someone who generates profit and brings cash flow into the establishment. Apparently, they just don't care about that anymore. 😕😕😕
