  Everyone in service department was absolutely amazing. They didn’t sell me things I didn’t need. Only thing I ended up needing was transmission flush which was 800 bucks. Everyone was very friendly and they drop me off and pick me back up. Had a great experience. The only thing that made me feel a little intimidated was the big bouncer man Jeremy who asked me to leave a review literally touched my phone and clicked on five stars on my phone versus just letting me do this review on my own and asked me if I wanted to write my own thing and wanted to see I submitted it before I left. That was intimidating for me and a first. I had no problem leaving a review but I should have free will to choose my own review

  When our car broke down in rural Arkansas an hour out of Memphis, we were worried and scared. The team at West Memphis worked seamlessly with Ford Roadside, the tow truck driver, and us to get our vehicle there and set us up with a loaner. We were on the way to drop our son off at college in Indiana coming from Texas. They let us keep the loaner while they fixed our vehicle under warranty. In the process, we decided we loved the Ford Bronco Sport 2026 loaner, and didn’t want to drive back from Texas to Memphis to pick up our other vehicle once they fixed it. Ford of West Memphis again jumped into action and worked with us to initiate the trade, finance, and purchase over the phone! They even mailed us back our personal items in the old vehicle along with another temp tag for the new one until Texas title and registration could be arranged. WE WILL BE CUSTOMERS OF FORD WEST MEMPHIS FOR LIFE! Thank you!!

  FORD OF WEST MEMPHIS SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED BY THIS. They quoted me approximately $7,000 for an A/C repair that my mechanic in Texas fixed for about $230. I drive a commercial Ford Transit and was traveling from Houston to Chicago when my A/C stopped working. I pulled into Ford of West Memphis right when they opened, explained that I was an out-of-town commercial driver trying to get back on the road, and somehow still spent about FIVE HOURS waiting before they even looked at my van. Then they charged me approximately $300 for the diagnostic. After all that waiting, I was told I was looking at roughly a $7,000 repair bill. Thankfully, I had enough sense NOT to authorize it. I made it back to Texas and took the Transit to a mechanic I trust. The actual issue was TWO BLEND DOOR ACTUATORS. Parts: approximately $150 total. Labor: approximately $80. TOTAL: ABOUT $230. And now the A/C blows ICE COLD. So let’s compare: FORD OF WEST MEMPHIS: ~$7,000 MY MECHANIC: ~$230 DIFFERENCE: ~$6,770 At that point, what exactly did I pay $300 for? I can't say what their intentions were, but I can absolutely say that as a customer, this experience made me feel like they saw an out-of-state commercial driver in a bad situation and handed me an outrageous repair estimate because they thought I had no choice. Fortunately, I DID have a choice. This is exactly why people lose trust in dealership service departments. A Ford dealership should be the place where a Ford owner can expect knowledgeable technicians, an accurate diagnosis, and a reasonable repair recommendation — especially when someone is stranded hundreds of miles from home. Instead, I lost five hours, paid $300, and walked away with a roughly $7,000 estimate for an A/C problem that was ultimately repaired for around $230. That isn't a small difference. That isn't a few hundred dollars. That's THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. If you're considering having your vehicle serviced at Ford of West Memphis, especially for an expensive repair, GET A SECOND OPINION BEFORE YOU AUTHORIZE ANYTHING. Commercial drivers and travelers should be especially cautious. Being far from home does not mean you should have to accept whatever astronomical repair bill gets put in front of you. My A/C is now working perfectly for about $230. Ford of West Memphis wanted roughly $7,000. Those numbers speak for themselves. I would NEVER trust this service department with another one of my vehicles. ZERO STARS. Absolutely unacceptable.
