    Ryan and the other associates at the San Antonio branch where I returned the vehicle was very good at customer service. So many customer service based business lack skills in dealing with the public. When there’s more than one option for services it seems as if one would appreciate job security. Kudos to this location.

    W. Memphis, AR.......Today was a semi-good experience gone completely bad. I rented a vehicle 4/20/26 and returned it today, 4/28. First day of rental, I had to wait for a vehicle to become available as usual with this location because they are a small branch, so I gave them grace instead of grief. When returning the vehicle, employee Marquez did a full inspection of the vehicle and everything was good and he closed my reservation out and sent me my receipt. Employee Josh (if im not mistaken with his name) gave me a ride home in the same vehicle i returned. 2 hours later I received a call from Marquez stating that after further inspection, they noticed a dent in the hood and they will need to submit a damage claim. I told him absolutely not!!! I contacted customer service. I have been renting from enterprise at least since 2017 and I take good care of my rentals. To be called after my reservation has been closed out with a accusation is beyond disappointing, frustrating and unprofessional. I WILL NOT BE RENTING FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!
