  Had such a great experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash! The car wash itself was great, and we ended up signing up for a membership because we loved the experience so much. Elaine was especially wonderful—she was so friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We really appreciated her great customer service & would recommend this wash to anyone in the NWA area!

  Really enjoyed the experience with Elaine. She thoroughly explained my membership options and made recommendations on what would be a good package for me. The wash on my 2024 Dodge ram pick up was excellent. It looks like I’m driving my truck right off the showroom floor. If you’re looking for a good value for car washes, then Club Car Wash is the place to be. And while you’re there, be sure to ask for Elaine. You’ll not only get a great value, but you’ll get an exceptionally bubbly and friendly person to help you with your purchase.

  I have visited multiple different car washes in the NWA area and Tommy's Express is by far my favorite! An awesome team member, Samuel, was very helpful in explaining the membership options and assisted me in setting everything up. My car is sparkling clean with no scratches, and the vacuums are very strong. I would highly recommend Tommy's to anyone looking for their car to feel brand new! Thanks again to Samuel for the great help.

  Usually I love this car wash, it’s been my go to for a while, but unfortunately it did cause damage to my car. Not the actual vehicle wash, that was fine, though some gunk on my windshield didn’t come off (not upset about that! i couldn’t even scrape it off!), rather, the vacuums seemed to have some damage to them that, when used in my car to get dust, scratched deep into my in vehicle display. Photo might not make it obvious but it’s quite large going right down the middle. Unfortunate. Not entirely sure if I’d return, if I do, I’d just avoid the vacuums.

  Elaine helped me get the Works membership and walked me through the whole process including loading me into the wash. Talked afterward to make sure I got logged into the app and was ready to go. My car looked great after going through the wash and we'll definitely be coming back as much as possible. She was even kind enough to bring my little girl a sucker.
