  Excellent rental experience. Staff was very friendly. The entire renting process was much improved. It was a quick in and out and on the road!

  After a frustrating experience with the Bentonville location, the team at Enterprise Rent-A-Car really changed my outlook. The manager took the time to actually listen to my concerns instead of brushing me off, and honestly that alone meant a lot. While the options we discussed didn’t fully work out the way I had hoped, they still made a genuine effort to help and gave me more support than the Bentonville location ever attempted. Customer service isn’t always about magically fixing every problem — sometimes it’s about treating people with respect, listening, and trying to help. I appreciate the professionalism and effort from the Springdale team. *****update***** Walking into my appointment at 5:30 and not being helped until after 6:00 was already frustrating. At one point, another customer in the office asked for an update, and Madi responded, “It’s only two of us here, we’ll get to it as soon as we can.” Immediately after saying that, she then asked me if I needed help. My fiancé needed to be added to the rental vehicle, and we were suddenly told it could not be done because the reservation was not under her name. I had already been to this location three separate times and was never informed of this policy beforehand. Had this been communicated earlier, it could have saved a lot of time and frustration. What made the situation worse was the lack of communication and professionalism afterward. Instead of explaining the situation or trying to help resolve it, I was met with silence. I did state that being short-staffed did not justify how the situation was being handled, especially considering I had been in the office just a day or two earlier and was never told about this issue. After saying that, I was asked to leave the office simply for questioning why this information had not been provided on Monday. At no point did I raise my voice or use profanity. I was frustrated, yes, but I remained respectful throughout the interaction. To be completely honest, the interaction made it feel like she was already ready to leave for the day and was more focused on rushing me out of the office than actually helping resolve the issue. Even the way she responded to the other customer came across as dismissive and frustrated. What’s disappointing is that after my previous experience, it seemed like Bentonville was supposed to learn from the professionalism and communication at the Springdale office — not the other way around. Just avoiding enterprise completely. Stick with Hertz or Avis.

  It’s “company policy” to book without confirming vehicle availability. I had a confirmed reservation, was promised a car would be available, and there wasn’t a single car when I got there. The people working there are nice but the company policy is trash.

  Poor customer service for my visit today. My car took some hail damage and I requested a rental car from my insurance on May 4, 2026. I went to the Enterprise Springdale, AR location today, May 5, 2026, around noon where my insurance company entered my reservation. According to Kenley, she left me a voicemail the day before to schedule an appointment (later found out on my wife’s phone) and no way to get a vehicle today. I must wait until the next evening. Even though I have a reservation, Kenley advised that is the only way I could pickup a vehicle. Well, my impatience of dealing with everything related to a weather incident, insurance red tape, and her lack of customer service to put forth effort with a solution while I’m present, no thank you. My time is just as valuable as her’s. Without trying to be rude toward her, Kenley, appeared new at this job based on observations when I entered she was on the phone and needed to pass the phone to another team member to fix a solution. Sorry, hard not to eavesdrop when the phone conversation is openly occurring in a public space. Hopefully, as she gains experience, maybe she will be able to navigate through solutions better. Unfortunately, not for me today and the other team member remained on the phone, so no help there. I said to cancel. Too easy to pick up a vehicle online, which I learned today is a better option and just have my insurance company reimburse me. As well, I get to pick the company.

  I had a phenomenal experience at Enterprise. The entire process was seamless, the car was Amazing and I was especially pleased with seeing an all woman staff. I will be referring people to this location. Madi and her staff are THE BEST!
