  1st time I had ever rented a car, I had made some mistakes with my preparation & these guys were so helpful in trouble shooting a MAJOR problem I had! I can't say enough about Caleb Daniels (the mgr) & the other gentleman working that day. Professional, kind, 5☆ customer service!

  Listen, service was good, car was clean BUT we’ve gotten 2 cars from this location. First car: expired insurance certificate Second car: expired tags. Only came here because it was preferred by the insurance of the person that hit my wife’s car…

  I visited this Enterprise location today, and it was by far one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. After a terrible experience at many Little Rock location(4 of them)—where the staff was ridiculously rude, completely contradicted what phone customer service promised, and even told me that phone agents "know nothing"—this Springdale branch was a total breath of fresh air. Charlie Bryan, the manager on site, operated at an absolute masterclass level of professionalism. He handled my situation quickly, smoothly, and with top-tier customer service. Someone definitely needs to give Charlie a raise! Highly recommend this branch.

  Worst customer service ever! Booked a reservation for a vehicle for Monday morning 9:30am for student under 21 because his car was hit in a school parking lot. I called my insurance agent and warned them that they would get a call to verify under 21 coverage. Never received any type of reservation information via text or email. Arrived to pick up the vehicle and was told the reservation was for the next day. It was never for the next day because it was explained more than once that the reservation was needed for Monday and they confirmed they could make Monday work. Rebooked for 5pm Monday while waiting there Monday morning. Went back at 5pm to realize that our insurance office was closed and they need verbal approval that someone who is listed on the insurance card is fully covered and that our insurance would cover the rental car. This approval could have been done in advance apparently and logged on the reservation instead of trying to do it at 5PM but no one ever mentioned that. The branch manager and employee who booked the reservation for the wrong day are useless. Warning to others if you are booking for an under 21 they have to talk to your actual insurance company. A copy of the declarations page and policy number or insurance card should have been the proof. Get that done BEFORE you go to pick up the car since these useless employees don't tell you that is an option.
