  ⭐ 0/5 I honestly cannot believe how poorly this ZIPS Car Wash location is being managed. I’ve been back to this location multiple times while visiting Arkansas after driving in from Texas. During the summer, my vehicle gets covered in bugs from the drive, so naturally I wanted to get it cleaned. Unfortunately, nearly every visit has been a problem. On my most recent visit, something was broken and they weren’t washing cars. No big deal—things break. I left, ran some errands, and came back later. It was still down. I asked to speak with the manager and was told she had gone home because of an issue involving her child. Again, life happens and I completely understand that. The problem is that this seems to happen EVERY TIME I come here. Over my last four or five visits, I have never actually seen the manager. I’ve been told she was sick, left early, had something come up, or would be there the next day. I come back the next day—still no manager. I also asked for the owner’s contact information and was told the owner does not like their information being given out. When I asked where the owner was, I was told they were at home. So who is actually running this place? The two young women I saw working deserve credit. They were working hard, clearly stressed, sweating in the Arkansas summer heat, and trying to do the best they could with what they had. My complaint is NOT with them. They appeared to be doing the work of an entire staff with very little support. The location itself looks severely understaffed and poorly maintained. Equipment is constantly having issues, things appear broken, and the overall condition of the property is unacceptable for a business taking customers’ money. I’ve paid to have my vehicle cleaned and detailed, only to repeatedly hear that something cannot be done because equipment is down, someone isn’t there, or they’re understaffed. After enough visits, those explanations stop feeling like isolated incidents and start looking like a management problem. I will not be returning to this location. I also plan to escalate my concerns through ZIPS corporate and, if applicable, the BBB because customers deserve answers about why this location is being operated this way. The employees who actually showed up and were working hard deserve better support. Customers deserve better service. This location needs serious attention from whoever owns or oversees it.

  Friendly staff but after going through with their highest level wash, still have dirt and bugs all over Hood windshield and grill. No one prewashes or brushes bugs, they rely on the equipment. Which is probably great with a prewash....

  The 1970's guide rail system they use damaged BOTH of the driver-side alloy wheels of my new Honda Accord Hybrid Sport. Some of the attendants do a half-assed job of guiding you in and put your wheels directly against the rail - or guide you so your tire actually ends up riding on TOP of the rail then have you turn right so your tire then drops down off the rail and slams on to the belt between the guides. This happened twice to my Ford Edge, which also had pristine wheels until I used this car wash. The attendants should be ensuring that your tires are in the middle of the belt and not contacting the rails in any way...but they don't. The grinding sound as my wheels were dragged along the rail could be heard over the car wash. I checked my wheels when I got home and saw the damage. I called Zips corporate number and was told to submit a damage claim and they would investigate it. They responded to my claim today and said their investigation showed no liability on their part and denied my claim. I mean, how shocked should I be that they investigated themselves and ruled that they weren't liable. I'd bet this company has NEVER found themselves liable for damage caused by their ancient car wash. I'd give this place negative stars if Google would let me. Not just for their dismissive attitude towards a legitimate claim but also for having the audacity to charge more than anyone else in this area for their top monthly wash plan ($45) for a car wash that should have been entirely upgraded 10+ years ago I'll go to Springdale and join either Tommy's Express or Glide Xpress. They both use a modern no-touch conveyor system AND charge less for their top monthly wash plan. The conveyor systems and top plans for comparison: Photo 1 - Zips $45/month Photo 2 - Tommy's Express $39.99/Month Photo 3 - Glide Xpress $38/Month Do yourself a favor. Use any other car wash.

  Ripped me off. I asked for a basic car wash and he charged for a basic plus, which is $6 more and STILL a terrible car wash. It didn’t get the bugs off my window. The guide did a terrible job guiding us into the wash as well
