  The 1970's guide rail system they use damaged BOTH of the driver-side alloy wheels of my new Honda Accord Hybrid Sport. Some of the attendants do a half-assed job of guiding you in and put your wheels directly against the rail - or guide you so your tire actually ends up riding on TOP of the rail then have you turn right so your tire then drops down off the rail and slams on to the belt between the guides. This happened twice to my Ford Edge, which also had pristine wheels until I used this car wash. The attendants should be ensuring that your tires are in the middle of the belt and not contacting the rails in any way...but they don't. The grinding sound as my wheels were dragged along the rail could be heard over the car wash. I checked my wheels when I got home and saw the damage. I called Zips corporate number and was told to submit a damage claim and they would investigate it. They responded to my claim today and said their investigation showed no liability on their part and denied my claim. I mean, how shocked should I be that they investigated themselves and ruled that they weren't liable. I'd bet this company has NEVER found themselves liable for damage caused by their ancient car wash. I'd give this place negative stars if Google would let me. Not just for their dismissive attitude towards a legitimate claim but also for having the audacity to charge more than anyone else in this area for their top monthly wash plan ($45) for a car wash that should have been entirely upgraded 10+ years ago I'll go to Springdale and join either Tommy's Express or Glide Xpress. They both use a modern no-touch conveyor system AND charge less for their top monthly wash plan. The conveyor systems and top plans for comparison: Photo 1 - Zips $45/month Photo 2 - Tommy's Express $39.99/Month Photo 3 - Glide Xpress $38/Month Do yourself a favor. Use any other car wash.

  Ripped me off. I asked for a basic car wash and he charged for a basic plus, which is $6 more and STILL a terrible car wash. It didn’t get the bugs off my window. The guide did a terrible job guiding us into the wash as well

  I paid $24 for more the higher end wash and it didn’t even clean the front of my car when I go and asked about receiving a refund. She said it was my fault because I had dry bugs on car But I could run it through the wash if I felt strongly about it. I will not be returning! Not worth the price and definitely not what I I paid for.

  My car was bad, like really bad. We live on a gravel road and it had been months since I had gotten a car wash. What a great job, I cannot believe how clean it got my car.
