- ILIsaac LoreeSep 11, 20261.0The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. You don’t need to keep my bronco for a month to fix a turbo and when I tell the tech that I also hear and feel a shudder noise when turning and that is not addressed that is a problem. Then the grouchy lady in the smoky messy office says I didn’t tell them about it just pisses me off. Now the car is sitting for another week when they told me they would get it in and fix the shudder. My time and myself is very disrespected. Very poorly managed business. I only gave this random shop a chance because they said they could get to it but they have let me down I need my vehicle back and this time wasted is ridiculous.
- TNTodd NorrisSep 10, 20265.0Reliable and Honest. They do good work at a fair price.
