  They had our reserved vehicle ready for us. They upgraded our vehicle. I am only a customer but I have read the reviews and want to provide some information relevant to most of the reviews. The Enterprise senior management should employee more staff at all locations. I personally have called and been frustrated because it went unanswered. After being in the local branch office returning our rental, I sat patiently and waited for the lone employee to take me home, a service Enterprise offers. Obviously, I rent because I don't have transportation. There is only 1 person on staff in the branches I have been to. This single employee has to check vehicles in and out, inspect, do the online paperwork, answer the phone and provide pick up and drop off service. Ergo the phone not being able to be monitored and answered. The Enterprise corporation is at fault for overworking staff and is responsible for the unanswered calls and customer wait time. I am filing with the BBB in hope that the corporation will be forced to change staffing issues. It's obvious that they generate the revenue to do so. I hope this information is helpful

  Who ever the lady is that works up there currently does NOT answer the phone ever. Does notttt provide professional communication keeps saying she’ll call back and tell me when I can come up there to get a vehicle and never answers I’m going to have to find a ride up there just so I can get ahold of anyone to get a car lol it’s ridiculous it’s been days! She is not doing her job and I am even sitting on hold again for the millionth time with no answer and I have proof of how long these calls are for days waiting for an answer and cannot get one. It’s crazy the OWNER CAN REPLY TO MY REVIEW WITHIN 12 min but I cannot get an answer through their company themselves for a rental and being told to call neck for my rental and no answer for days but you can sit on this computer and give me a reply within min that does not fix my problem

  I've been calling for three days to get my rental through insurance. I finally went down there and apparently their phone system is down and has been down for a while.
