Processing was very quick. And the rental car was in excellent condition. The only small issue was how busy the branch was; they were a little short-handed for the business volume that week, but the associate maintained his helpful and respectful attitude in each interaction I had with him.

Upon returning my rental, the representative attempted to hold me financially responsible for a dent that was already on the car. Fortunately, I had taken detailed photos and video of every single dent and scratch prior to driving off the lot, which proved the damage was pre-existing. Always document every inch of your vehicle before leaving, because they will try to stick you with pre-existing damage if you don't.
