    I waited 4 hours to get my car. They did not have it ready for pick up at my appointment time. It still needed an "oil change." Then, they had not even cleaned it. Go elsewhere.

    This store was under staffed. None of the cars were ready for rental. Four customers were waiting on their rentals when we arrived, one had been waiting for two hours. My rental was reserved for 11:30 am. I was told it would be 3:00 pm before a vehicle would be available. The clerk was overwhelmed and rude.

    Only giving a two start because it’s harder to get it removed. When I came to pick up my rental car at the reservation time I had made in person, I arrived in the store to no employees inside the store and I had set off the alarm system then an employee got out of his car and came inside. He let me know he didn’t have a key and was waiting on the manager. The manager pulled up and was blaring music out of his car talking about how he was hungover and that he was leaving to get a drink. I was the first customer there for the day and employee that was sitting in his car tried to tell me I would have to leave and return due to them having no available rentals. I explained that my car was at the shop next door and I had to have a rental. I waited 40 minutes for a rental and in the time of me waiting they turned away at least two customers that also had reservations. When I came to return my rental car I had to wait another 20-30 minutes to be helped when I was finally helped the worker which was previous the manager mentioned above said I would receive an email receipt in 10-15 minutes. He mentioned he was the only one working but they “run a tight ship”. I left and waited 45 minutes for the receipt to come through, it never did. So I called and was put on hold for 5 minutes, then spoke with the same worker and he told me he would send it again and to wait another 10-15 mins I asked if I could have a paper copy in the morning when they opened. He stated he would have it printed off. I arrive this morning to get a paper copy and had to wait 45+ minutes for him help others and clean cars and then print off my receipt. All three times I was at this location the employees left the store front to do things in the parking lot (inspect cars, going to clean cars around back) and were leaving the storefront unattended for 5-10 minutes at a time. When I came to get my receipt on the Saturday there was a point where me and 5 other customers were in the store alone for at least 5 minutes. After leaving this review I will be contacting customer service as well.

    Tomas and Dalton have been incredible throughout the past three months while my Jeep has been in for a warranty repair. Even though they're always extremely busy, they consistently take the time to make sure every customer feels taken care of. Their professionalism, communication, and customer service have made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. When the time comes to rent a vehicle for fun, I'll be choosing Enterprise without hesitation. Thanks again, Tomas and Dalton, for going above and beyond!

    Ok so I don't generally make reviews but when somewhere messes up this much I have too. My partner rented a car from here at the end of June with no problem used his chime card and everything. Then a few weeks ago my sister and I attempted to rent one to take trip and they told us after the entire process except for payment that we had to have a major credit card inorder to rent what we needed. Once we had a credit card we were told that the car we made reservations for would take a few hours to get to us, so we had to cancel. Now, today my partner attempted to rent another car to take on a trip and they told him he couldn't rent one with chime.....HE JUST RENTED ONE WITH CHIME!! Other enterprise establishments allow chime to be used but not Russellville. Can someone explain this to me? Oh and to sweeten it we have waited all day to just now be told we couldnt rent one
