  Horrible wash. Paid for the second highest tier and the front of the car was still covered in bugs both on the paint and on the glass. Tire shine was only applied to the front tires and not the rear. No wonder 3 of these locations closed where I'm from (visited here while out of town, never tried one before they closed around me).

  No wonder Zip’s is losing business to Club Car Wash. I was the only car in line at the West Walnut location, and three young men just stood there and made no effort to spray the grill or the sides of my car at all. Very unprofessional. And the vacuums are not powerful at all.

  The automatic car wash uses brushes and left scratches on my rear window and wiper. I attempted to file a claim with corporate and they directed me to file a claim in person at the location as my previous attempts to contact the location by phone have not allowed me to leave a message. This is incredibly inconvenient and disappointing as the rest of the car was sparkling clean and the vaccuums were well powered.

  Very pushy to get you to sign up, 20 dollars for the cheapest wash, and the vehicle is still dirty. I think we should just go back to washing our own cars for that price!
