  Robert was an excellent attendant, from assisting with selection of services needed to helping with the drying and polishing of the chrome runners on my truck… he went above and beyond. Great experience. Will use service again!

  First timer here, and I was treated with awesome service. I had no clue how it worked and a friendly employee name Jesse came to help me. Told me about all the options for a spotless car wash and convinced me to get the membership. I will be coming back!

  They made unauthorized charges to my card; their manager was very irresponsible—just giving me a phone number—and my case was never resolved. Be careful about buying a membership—or better yet, don't do it at all—to avoid unauthorized charges.

  As a former Zipps monthly member, I recently had to stop my membership due to financial hardship. I still use them for occasional car washes and vacuuming. As I was vacuuming my vehicle on Friday evening around 6:30, I was approached by Zipps crew member "Jesse". He was a 21 year old friendly kid who struck up a conversation with me about the weather, my day, etc. He then asked if I'd be interested in a membership. I told him I was a member but due to finances I had to stop. He told me that he understood and that he too struggles with making ends meet. We said our goodbyes and I went on to finish up my vacuuming. No more than 5 minutes after he left, my vacuum shut off. I looked around to see others cleaning out their vehicles and vacuuming. I thought they were closing but realized there was still more than an hour to go until 8pm...which is when they close. It was then I see Jesse walking towards me telling me he was sorry for turning off my vacuum and that he didn't see me there. Now mind you, we had just had a good 10 minute conversation going 5 minutes before my vacuum was turned off. It's obvious he turned off my vacuum because I declined to renew my membership. This is very bad business. He also caused the company to lose business because after my vacuuming was complete, I had planned on getting a full car wash. Since he rudely and in a very sneaky manner turned off my vacuum, I left and ended up going to another car wash. Surprisingly this new car wash is newer, cleaner and cheaper. A win for me! Thanks Jesse for driving me away with your passive aggressive professionalism. Now I found myself a better place to take business. Do better next time if you want to keep your customers coming back.
