Both front and rear skid plates have been damaged and they are denying my claim for rear skid plate. Have been told numerous times an area manager or market manager would call me back, that NEVER happened. This has been going on since May 30, 2026. All I did was go in for an oil change, and instead, I have damage to my car and have been cussed out and yelled at for trying to get it fixed. Would not recommend anyone go there!

The techs on top could not run the machine to get a window sticker so they hand wrote me one. I am hoping the filter and drain plug was installed correctly. With what was going on around my vehicle and I am assuming the manager was yelling at a lady in bay to my left about a skid plate. It was not my best experience. I will look for another location next time.
