Tim, Brenden, and Thomas were beyond informative, accommodating, and professional! I never once felt pressured into adding any additional services or purchasing any additional products than what I came in for. They were transparent with everything and showed me the status of all the old fluids and plugs/magnets. I am a happy customer and will be coming back for all my future needs they can assist with and you should too!

What should have been a routine fuel filter change turned into a nearly four hour ordeal that ended with my truck being towed from the shop. During the process, Valvoline employees caused over $1,000 worth of damage to my vehicle. To make matters worse, several months have passed and I have only received a partial reimbursement for the damages. Since then, communication has essentially stopped, and my attempts to get the matter resolved have been ignored. I gave Valvoline multiple opportunities to make this right, but the lack of accountability and customer service has been extremely disappointing. Because of the way this situation has been handled, I have notified the Attorney General’s office and am pursuing further action. I would strongly caution anyone considering this location.
