I was hit by an Allstate driver. I chose Gerber because they are a certified Allstate service center. When I dropped it off I told Teddy I wanted to get my windshield replaced (this would be my cost) then I left for 2 weeks to get married. Said he would get me a quote.
I never heard a thing again about my windshield and then received a call that my care was done. When I returned a week later I went to pick it up. As soon as I walked up to my car I see the door trim was hanging off my car. Teddy took the car in to the shop where I waited for 53 minutes for it to be reattached (I had an extra 53 minutes to kill and sit in the lobby of an auto body shop that had "finished" my car the week before, so worked out). Then I get in my car and my 360 back up cameras are not working as soon as I put the car in reverse. I then call allstate to get me another rental as I had just taken it back with the thought my car was done. While traveling to the second enterprise Gerber called and said they had dropped my car off at my house and so now I had to reroute the uber back to my house.
That night I go to leave and the side of the car that was in the accident magically doesn't have a working headlight. So I have to take my car back to gerber again. I had just replaced both headlight housings, the ballasts, and brand new headlights at the end of summer 2025. They worked great until I was hit by someone who ran a redlight.
Gerber said they would replace the bulb to the headlight, which I assume they did and so I finally was able to come back and get my car. Headlight was working and then we had a rain 2 days later and my headlight wont come on and I see water inside my head light. Again the only headlight with water and not working is the one that was on the side that was hit by the other driver who ran a read light.
A few things you can see in the pic: After Gerber repaired my front bumper they attached parts of my car with zip ties. the bumper is missing bolts that hold the front bumper to the fender and then the runner underneath is gone.
If you are using Allstate for all that is good, go anywhere but here

When the Memorial Day tornado hit, it damaged my car. I went to Stephen for a windshield replacement—he was the only person in town who could get one for my vehicle at the time. When I dropped my car off, he informed me that the first windshield arrived damaged. No big deal—I appreciated the honesty and patience while he ordered another.
The replacement was installed, but the very next day I noticed blurry blemishes on the windshield that I couldn’t clean off. Stephen came to my home, looked at it himself, and confirmed the blemishes were between the layers of glass. He said he would look into getting it replaced.
The issue is that was over a year ago, and nothing has been resolved. I’ve reached out multiple times—every few months—because I understand it might be hard to find the part. But at this point, it’s clear they just don’t want to take a loss on replacing it. They refunded me $100 (which I specifically said I didn’t want—I just wanted a proper replacement), but I paid over $600, and that refund doesn’t fix the actual issue.
This windshield has visible blemishes directly in the driver’s line of sight, making it difficult and even dangerous to drive at night. That’s not acceptable.
I really tried to be patient and understanding, but this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I do not recommend this place, especially if you expect accountability or long-term customer service.
Update** we were reached out to at least 6 months ago. Can’t remember the guys name of the top of my head, but he came out, looked at the windshield, apologized for the situation, said it was in his hands and it would be fixed and offered for us to have dinner on him. Complete professional service. He followed up with my husband a few days later stating he found a windshield in Dallas and he’d be in touch when it arrived. 6 months has passed and no word from anyone on anything. My husband and I have both had to get new phones and no longer have his contact information, but also shouldn’t be on us, the paying customer, to be nagging and following up. We have been more than patient and understanding with the situation. Now with the days shorter, having to drive at night with blemishes in direct view makes it uncomfortable and unsafe. I just want my windshield fixed.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff that handle your repair. Kelsey, Karen, Dylan, and Zach treat you like a valued customer would want to be treated through the estimate write up, follow up calls, and delivery of the vehicle. Their quality of work is unmatched from the repair, premier paint shop, and finally precision detail job before you pick up, you can take your vehicle knowing it is as better than the day you bought it. Definitely would recommend this location!

Absolutely THE BEST customer service and repair work. Unfortunately I’ve had several vehicles with body damage that needed repairs over the last 5 years. NWA collision center has offered excellent work every time. However, this last job they went above and beyond. Helping with insurance, rental car and accommodating my work schedule. I highly recommend both Farmington and Rogers location for any work needing done.
