  We’ve been renting cargo vans from Enterprise Truck Rental for 6+ months, and I can honestly say the customer service at this location is the reason we’ve continued renting instead of purchasing another vehicle. A huge shoutout goes to Peter. From day one, he’s gone above and beyond for our team. Whether it’s coordinating maintenance, replacing tires, finding us the right truck, working with our managers to make sure we stay on the road, or simply making sure everything runs smoothly, Peter always takes care of us. He genuinely cares about his customers and treats our business like it’s important to him too. Every time we need something, we ask for Peter because we know he’ll get it handled. He’s built a level of trust that you don’t find very often, and we truly appreciate everything he does for us. Connor has also been a pleasure to work with. He’s always professional, friendly, and efficient during check-in and check-out. If there’s something he can handle, he gets it done without hesitation. If it requires Peter’s approval or assistance, he makes sure it gets taken care of quickly. The teamwork between the two of them is one of the reasons this location runs so well. I rarely receive the Enterprise customer satisfaction surveys, even after renting for months, so I wanted to leave this review instead. Peter and Connor deserve the recognition. If you’re looking for an Enterprise Truck Rental location that truly values its customers, this is the one.
