Bob Maloney in Rogers did an excellent job repairing my CX5 after it was backed into by another driver. The color match is perfect, and all the panels fit together like nothing ever happened. They even included a little bottle of premixed, color-matched paint so that I could fill little chips if I ever needed to. Throughout the process, communication was outstanding, and all work was completed a week ahead of schedule. Because they are an approved repair shop with State Farm, the insurance portion of the repairs was just as easy as the rest of the process. While I hope that no one backs into me again, Bob Maloney would be the first place I bring my vehicle back to for any repairs.

From day 1 of my car repair Bob Maloney Collision did a GREAT JOB on my 2024 Toyota Rav 4! My dealership-Landers Toyota recommended Bob Maloney so I wanted to go and meet them myself!! I was greeted by Aaron in the front office. He took very good care of my situation! He was thorough with inspecting by repair needs & made me feel confident they would get the repairs done perfectly!! I really appreciated Aaron’s knowledge of the entire procedure with my insurance company & what had to be done! Thank you for all of it!! 😃I got text updates & calls from the shop regarding the progress on my car! I picked up my car after 21 days & It looks brand new again!! I really appreciate that!! I just had to leave my rental car there with Bob Maloney shop and they got it returned to the Enterprise shop! My car look beautiful again!! Thank you soo much Aaron & Karen for keeping me informed & taken care of through all of the repairs!! I really am very happy with the repairs done on my car!! You all are amazing & I have already told others all about it!! 😄 I highly recommend Bob Maloney Collision!! 🤩Thank you for everything!! Mary Kay McCoy 😃

We wanted to get a written estimate for hail damage. We understand it won’t change the insurance’s initial estimate, which is fine. We wanted an idea of what the shop’s initial estimate would be as well as to see the shop in person to get a feel of it would be a reputable place. We called the Springdale and Rogers location and the only word that describes the customer service is hostile. The first location stated, “That’s not how we do it. We won’t do an estimate unless you are leaving it for the repair.” The second location confirmed it and then backtracked and said (in a not so friendly voice) that they could do that, but that’s not how it’s done and it won’t make a difference for what our insurance is going to pay. I am aware that it won’t make a difference with what insurance is willing to pay. We just wanted an estimate and to meet with someone in person. Apparently, that’s not allowed. We already have a written estimate from another shop recommended by our car dealership. It wasn’t a problem to get that, at all. I can’t speak to the quality of the work at Bob Maloney, but I won’t use them based off of these interactions.

Frequently Asked Questions About Bob Maloney Collision of Rogers

What should I do in case I’m in an accident?

Accident scenes can be very shocking, especially right after the impact occurs. Try to remain calm and do the following: 1. Stop your vehicle. If you drive away, you could be charged with a “hit and run.” 2. If you are blocking traffic in a dangerous place, pull off to the side of the road or into a well-lit parking lot. 3. Contact the authorities. Try to assess the scene if anyone else is hurt. Otherwise, wait for the ambulance and/or police. 4. Turn off your engine and wait for assistance. 5. Be courteous to all parties. 6. If you suspect the other driver may be drunk, do not confront him or her. Tell the police and let them handle the situation. 7. Make sure you are as calm as possible before making any statements or talking to the police. 8. Take photos before you leave the scene. 9. Avoid making statements about responsibility to the other driver, witnesses, police or anyone else. Do not state that you are at fault, even if you think you may have caused the accident. 10. Contact your insurance company once you are calm and have gathered pertinent information. They will likely interview you on the spot and request photos. 11. Acquire a copy of the police report. 12. Call us for assistance with repairs to your vehicle.

What should I do after an accident?

Here are some tips for dealing with the aftermath of an accident. 1. Do not drive your car if it is unsafe. If you can safely drive your vehicle, bring it to us as soon as possible. 2. If you cannot operate your car, truck or SUV, call us and we can tow your vehicle. 3. Remember that you have the right to go to the repair shop of your choice. Your insurance company or the other drivers insurance cannot require you to go to a particular repair shop. 4. Differences in repair estimates are common. It is your vehicle, you deserve the highest quality repairs. Read the fine print and consider carefully before you accept the lowest repair estimate.
