  Got a flat tire and was told to exchange here. Informed me they didn’t have a car available after driving over an hour there. No call in advance to let me know. Would not recommend.

  I rented a vehicle from Enterprise in Pine Bluff and unfortunately had a much different experience than I typically have when renting from the Little Rock location. I reserved a Volkswagen Jetta for a 12:00 PM pickup. Upon arrival, there was no one at the front counter, and I waited approximately 15–20 minutes before receiving assistance, which immediately put me behind schedule. When I was finally helped, I was informed that my vehicle would be “upgraded” to a Hyundai Tucson because the Jetta had mechanical issues. While I understand substitutions happen, an SUV was not what I reserved or preferred. Since I was already running late, I accepted the vehicle and continued with my plans. Additionally, a phone call before my scheduled pickup time to inform me that the vehicle I reserved was unavailable would have been far more professional than arriving and being surprised at the counter. That simple courtesy would have allowed me to adjust my expectations and make an informed decision before arriving at the location. Once inside the vehicle, I noticed an unusual odor. After arriving home, I discovered fine pet hair throughout the interior. It was disappointing to receive a rental that did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before being rented out. When I returned the vehicle on Monday around noon, there was another wait. Other customers informed me that the employee was in the back washing a vehicle. I asked another employee if I could leave the keys with him, but he advised that I would need to wait. I eventually walked around to the back and returned the keys directly to the employee, who stated that everything was good to go. Approximately five minutes later, I received a phone call informing me that a portion of my deposit would be withheld because the vehicle was not returned with the exact same fuel level. I returned the vehicle at approximately half a tank, which is what it had when I picked it up. If the policy requires the fuel level to match precisely, that’s understandable, but that expectation should be clearly communicated at pickup so customers know exactly what is required to avoid additional charges. Overall, the issue was not the fuel charge itself. It was the combination of long wait times, lack of front-counter coverage, receiving a vehicle that was not properly cleaned, and unclear communication throughout the rental process. Based on this experience, I will continue renting from the Little Rock location, where my rentals have consistently been smooth, professional, and hassle-free. Unfortunately, the level of service I received at the Pine Bluff location did not meet the standards I have come to expect from Enterprise ::

  Will definitely use Enterprise again if needed and would highly recommend it. Staff was knowledgeable. Got us in and out quickly. Had a variety of vehicles to choose from. Made returning the vehicle even easier. Highly recommended

  I was very dissatisfied with my recent rental experience. I traveled approximately 40 minutes to the Pine Bluff location and called ahead to confirm that my rental vehicle was available. I was assured that it was ready and informed the staff that I was on my way. However, upon arrival, I found multiple customers already waiting for vehicles that were not available. Despite being told to come in, there were no cars ready. I had been dropped off and had no transportation back home, which made the situation even more difficult. I ended up waiting for about an hour while staff attempted to locate a vehicle that, based on the circumstances, was clearly not going to be available. I find this to be very unprofessional. If a customer is told a vehicle is available, it should be ready upon arrival. Better communication and more accurate information about availability would greatly improve the customer experience.
