It runs perfect and I think they even cleaned the inside of it. Everything about this place is wonderful. I have to say this specifically though, their communication is nothing like I have ever received. They constantly kept me updated by texting me about how many parts they were still waiting for and the estimated time the vehicle would be ready. Not one car shop that I have ever used has had this level of communication and I appreciate that so very much. We expect the vehicle to be fixed correctly and it appears that it was, but when you add in the professionalism and communication from the 2 C's (Christian and Courtney) then it just takes the experience to a whole different level. I hope I never need their services again but if I do, there is no doubt that Bob Maloney will be my first call.

They were having trouble with the responsible insurance company and didn't let me know for 2 weeks. 2 weeks of them not communicating or getting anything accomplished. I don't know what they were doing wrong but it took me 1 day to get things moving. They had all the information that I had and didn't do something correct by the insurance companies process. Causing a 2 week delay in the repairs. All I got was excuse after excuse on why it took so long even after they were "done" with the repairs. This is your job these are things you should be able to do in a reasonable amount of time. I have never had a car repair take as long as it took this time. Never again.
