  Paid for a 2 months introductory rate for 17.50 on February 7th 2026. My car engine went out on February 9th 2026 called their customer service department on the 11th or 12th of 2026. to cancel the membership explained vehicle could not be repaired wanted to cancel. The person on the line took my information told me it was canceled and would send an email. Should have done a follow up never received a email and I was unable to download their app. The lady who sold me the membership told me to come back when they weren't busy and she would help that was on the 7th. As I state the engine went out on the 9th. I was charged again on the 7th of March for a Membership I had canceled and was told that it was. I will never do business with this company again once I am not longer bind to a vehicle I no longer own.
