  We bought a truck from Russell Chevrolet at the end of May. Drove it off the lot and within four days The engine light came on. Called the sales representative ben hamilton, he worked with the service shop. They told us that they fixed it. Picked it up within a week and a half the engine light was back on again at this point is when we find out that the truck had a total engine recall and they did not disclose it to us when we purchased the vehicle. Supposedly when the engine was replaced, they did not hook up the onstar , which was what was causing the engine light to come on. Here we are a month later the engine light is back on and now it has a transmission issue. Russel Chevrolet is asking for us to pay for this issue. I feel as though this dealership not only did not disclose us with the history of the vehicle. Now they are trying to take advantage of the situation and get us to pay for Something they should be responsible for considering none of this was disclosed to us when we purchased the vehicle 2 1/2 months ago. Terrible service from their Sales manager, Mr. Pruitt I tried to call him on Monday and Tuesday and finally threw a fit today and got him on the phone and he told me to call my attorney. This is the worst Customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life, and I do not recommend anyone buying from Russell Chevrolet, they lie and do not disclose Service history on their used vehicles

  Worst place to buy car. Keith booth lied about warranty coverage. Eric his manager blew us off and hid everything from his boss john. Wish I could leave zero stars. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

  Absolutely terrible I do not recommend. They lied about my warenty and told me it covered everything. It does not. And they suck at working with people and would rather blow them off then help them.

  Superior to Bale (in Little Rock) on scheduling, service, their technicians’ skills and honesty. Give these guys a try!
