We stopped there last night. It was very loud and chaotic. Their music was very loud, it was eclectic though, playing rap and hard rock. I thought that was cool, instead of the typical canned music most places have. It was just extremely loud. There were staff and an armed security guard that were extremely…loud and boisterous. They were outside yelling when we walked up the entrance. This doesn’t have anything to do with Pilot but there were a group of young kids come in with, I assume, their parents. They were running around, yelling and literally squealing. This added to the chaos and noise levels. It’s definitely a smaller Pilot. I saw they had bathroom and showers, I didn’t use them so I can’t comment about those. There’s a Pizza Hut and Subway. We ordered from Pizza Hut. The dude who took our order was nice. The food was cooked perfectly. There was a young man working as a cashier, he was friendly too. The only unprofessionalism I witnessed was the security guard and a cashier. Between the staff, security guard, the music volume and those kids…..it was too much. We couldn’t finish our meals and had to leave. If you have sensory issues, or loud noises bother you, I’d suggest skipping this place.

They don’t clean the showers at all. Sat there and watched the 1 guy go to every shower and just grab dirty towels and shut the door. They don’t clean anything! Wear shower shoes drivers or you might catch something! Only got 2 stars because they were courteous at the cash registers.

One of the strangest truck stops I’ve ever seen; it’s a large facility but has very little parking. The service inside is poor—at the Subway, a woman with a terrible attitude and no desire to work waits on customers. Employees park right by the entrance, leaving no parking spaces for customers. The food is expensive; meatloaf with mashed potatoes costs 20 dollars.

The woman who works at Subway on Saturday night 8/1/26. Has a nasty attitude, if she doesn't like her job then she needs to quit. She was busy replacing the potato chips and said I will be a minute , so I waited. I ordered a steak , egg , and cheese on flat bread. She said we do not have any flat bread or eggs. I said, OK then never mind. Then she got an attitude and said something smart under her breath. So I said, that's what I wanted and you do not have it so I'm done. She needs a lesson in customer service.

Trash is what I think. All around the country. This is why love's will win. Whenever I see I've been routed to a pilot or flying J by dispatch I can expect friction and technical issues. This pump doesn't work on the right side on 24. The other pump I came up to didn't work at all or respond. The ad plays obnoxiously loud in my ear as I try to pump. I hope y'all go out of business. Then you won't be an option for cheaper fuel that my company chooses. When I could choose to fuel wherever it wasn't here and I wish I wasn't here right now.
