  A friend and I went in this B place to get her daughter a subway sandwich…. I went in and got her and myself a coffee. As we walked toward the self checkout I tried a pair of sunglasses on and so did she… we both put them back and proceeded to self checkout…as i paid for our coffees an employee behind the counter asks “ where is the sunglasses and the charger” …I answered “ we put them both back and I don’t know what you are talking about a charger”. She asked s couple more times. My friend waked on out to the car and I went to the restroom to wash my hands because I overfilled my coffee and my hands were sticky. I then walked back up to the front of the store and asked the lady what her name was and she pointed to her name tag and she said “Aquila” . When I walked out to the car .. she and a security guard walked out and the security guard walked to the back of our car … im assuming he was taking down out tag number. My friend didnt steal anything …and neither did I. I figure if she had really thought we stole something ….the security guard would have held us there and called the police. I don’t know what her problem was but I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning. She should at least watched the cameras and it would clearly show exaltly what happened. This lady was really really rude .

  Please do not try to reserve a parking spot. The prime parking spaces here are first-come, first-served. The staff doesn't check—it's just lazy work.😮‍💨

  9 people waiting for a shower at 3am. No store employees to be found. This location should be shut down. Permanently!!!!

  We stopped there last night. It was very loud and chaotic. Their music was very loud, it was eclectic though, playing rap and hard rock. I thought that was cool, instead of the typical canned music most places have. It was just extremely loud. There were staff and an armed security guard that were extremely…loud and boisterous. They were outside yelling when we walked up the entrance. This doesn’t have anything to do with Pilot but there were a group of young kids come in with, I assume, their parents. They were running around, yelling and literally squealing. This added to the chaos and noise levels. It’s definitely a smaller Pilot. I saw they had bathroom and showers, I didn’t use them so I can’t comment about those. There’s a Pizza Hut and Subway. We ordered from Pizza Hut. The dude who took our order was nice. The food was cooked perfectly. There was a young man working as a cashier, he was friendly too. The only unprofessionalism I witnessed was the security guard and a cashier. Between the staff, security guard, the music volume and those kids…..it was too much. We couldn’t finish our meals and had to leave. If you have sensory issues, or loud noises bother you, I’d suggest skipping this place.
