  Help at the diesel counter was very very rude!!! Hateful!!! Manager sitting right by the door smoking a cigar…horrible..,last thing I want is smell like smoke!!!

  Requested show and about 5 showers were open the the guy that was supposed to be prepping these showers was talking basketball with the T-Mobile or whatever the hell guy was, for over 2 hrs.

  Don’t park in reserved parking they wake u up and u have to move or pay $20 for parking. They can leave those parking spots empty for whole night but can’t let a truck drive to park there and we drivers are the reason they r in business.

  Worst pilot ever they need security or a cop because people are just sitting at the pump and they’re not even Fueling the employees are scared to say anything which is the companies fault so they need to hire a security

  To the pilot crew, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Jordan, a member of the housekeeping team, and Mrs. Betty, who was responsible for cleaning the outdoor windows. I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to both of them for their outstanding work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction. Their efforts are truly deserving of recognition, and I firmly believe that they are worthy of a significant salary increase. However, I would like to bring to your attention the need for additional support for Jordan in maintaining the cleanliness of the showers. As a one-man team, he is shouldering a tremendous responsibility, and the current workload is unsustainable. My spouse and I experienced a delay of one hour in accessing the shower facilities, which was a direct result of Jordan's workload. I strongly suggest that the corporate office consider providing additional staffing to assist Jordan in his duties. Furthermore, I observed that the individual responsible for making pizzas displayed a poor attitude towards customers, and I believe that reassigning him to assist with cleaning the showers would be a more suitable role for him. I had the pleasure of discussing this matter with Mrs. Betty, who demonstrated exceptional warmth and understanding. She even offered to prepare a pizza for me, which I greatly appreciated. In order to maintain a high level of service and efficiency, I strongly recommend that the corporate office take immediate action to address the staffing shortages in the housekeeping department. I intend to contact the corporate office on Monday to bring this matter to their attention. Once again, I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Jordan and Mrs. Betty for their exceptional service. They are truly assets to the pilot team. 😊
