Reserved a car successfully last night but when I went to get my rental they had no cars. The man said he had 36 customers but only 6 cars. Needless to say this is HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! Do not take my money and say you have a car for me when you do not!! And it’s not just this location but all locations with this company. Do not trust them! Horrible experience absolutely horrible!!!

So, far... Didn't have the vehicle I reserved, but adjusted and got me a replacement. Car is an older and more used version compared to what you get at airport sites with obvious wear on the interior. Car was almost out of gas at time of pickup. Again, not what I'm used to at airport sites. Not sure if this is typical at off site (airport) rental locations. Relatively friendly staff and easy to find.

The airport rental company failed me and had me traveling to two different car rental places. First one had no rentals. 15 minutes to close, Tre at Enterprise in Sherwood/NLR made it right! He said he was going to help make sure my day ended better than it started. His professional care and commitment to my satisfaction as a customer, is greater than 5 stars.

Enterprise location #5172 NLR is a joke and the area manager is a joke. We had our reservation 15 days in advance for my father's funeral service and even after a 24 hour confirmation reservation, this location and leadership called my husband and cancelled 3 hours before pickup. While my husband was demanding answers how this happened, the area manager got emotional and hung up on my husband. Avoid doing business with Enterprise especially LR. We called Budget by McCain Mall and was able to get a rental same day, same cost.

I went to rent a car on today after receiving a confirmation of my booking. I called before driving an hour to pick up the vehicle to ensure I would arrive before closing. I show up and the young lady Abby Yocham was very rude as soon as I walked in “ if you have a same day rental we don’t have your car” she nor the manager Tyrus offered me a solution to my issue. I asked if they knew they where sold out why didn’t I receive some form of notification they proceed to tell me well maybe they dialed the wrong number and then she says oh no your voicemail wasn’t set up. This is a lie the customer service was horrible I understand overbooking can happen but the customer service and how it was communicated was poor at best. I will no longer rent from Enterprise because of this experience. I have rented from enterprise for over 20 years and never seen customer service like this.
