  They were extremely friendly and had us on the road in no time. The vehicle ran great and we had no issues. The prices were very reasonable.

  I would give 0 stars if it was available. the absolute worst customer service possible. They have lied twice confirming reservations and to show up or call and have no cars available after making and confirming reservations. Unfortunately corporate locations and I’m sure nothing will be done. Find some where else to rent a car.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Tyrus and Abby were both great! They had amazing energy from the moment I walked in and made the experience enjoyable. Tyrus was especially patient when my card was tweaking. He also gave me multiple vehicle options instead of just assigning me one. I really appreciated that level of customer service. He went above & beyond on 7/24/2026. He also actually genuinely engaged with me, wasn’t just transactional. He should be running the place if not already. I actually didn’t even know this Enterprise location existed until today, and I’m glad I found it. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the condition of the rental. As soon as I got in, I noticed a large crack running down the middle of the windshield (photo attached). The tire pressure warning light was also on, and one tire was reading 28 PSI while the other three were at 42 PSI. I had to swing by discount tire immediately. On top of that, the vehicle didn’t appear to have been detailed very well, so I ended up taking it through a car wash myself and vacuuming it as well. The customer service was excellent, but I think the condition of the vehicles should better reflect the quality of the staff. I shouldn’t be returning the car in better condition than I received it.

  Reservation the day before, early check in. Got there, first in the door and out an hour later. Also, on return trip call a specific location and get routed to a central call center, which makes a reservation and confirmation with email, only to be told upon arrival that they were "sold out" and no reservations from the previous 24hrs are valid
