  Last September I had a rental here after getting rear ended and injured pretty severely. After about a week I got in the car for the second time ever, and I realized my iPhone was connecting to the onboard infotainment system. I did not set this up and would not have, im techy and paranoid.. My home network was subsequently hacked, my identity stolen, and then the same malware spread to my family's phones, my sister and her husband had their identities stolen, and they've lost thousands and thousands of dollars and we are all still being victimized regularly. The only way my iPhone could spontaneously connect is if they had my login info already. My infotainment system in my car that was being repaired was accessed and wiped the day prior. It hadn't been updated or patched since 3G stopped being a thing, so it was vulnerable (see: car play vulnerability) I'm not casting aspersions because I can't currently prove anything about who exactly did this, but I sent numerous emails to corporate last year and never heard back. This could be because of the technicalities of the hack thwarting communication, but I eventually gave up and because of my injuries I just couldn't deal with it at the time. I'm posting this as a warning to anyone who uses any rental car, turn off your Bluetooth, disable handshake on iPhone, and definitely don't log in to any rental car infotainment system ever!

  I had a very pleasant experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in North Little Rock the representative was professional knowledgeable courteous and friendly had a great attitude makes a big difference so I will definitely let other people know about how well I was treated and I will be back to rent from there again hope everything's continue to go well for you guys God bless

  I wish I could remember their names, but I’m terrible with names. Regardless, I was taken care of quite well by the staff here! They communicated with me, my insurance company, and body shop well. The vehicle I rented was in great shape and clean. Would recommend!

  This is a friendly, easy to work with rental center. However, the car I was in had a mechanical issue. But I was afraid to report it, because it seems that there's never enough cars on the lot. And, I couldn't afford to be without a car.

  Reserved a car online. Days before I got there. When I got there it was gone and didn’t have the car I reserved online. Told me there was nothing they could do. Don’t waste your time with them,
