  This place was AMAZING!!! CINDY took great care of me, she listened to my needs and found the best camper that met those requirements. Every team member at Camper World treated me like family. Very courteous and paid attention to every detail. I'm so satisfied with my 5th wheel that I highly recommend you buy here if you want satisfaction after the sale as well. Thank you Cindy for all your help and the long hours you put in for my benefit, I greatly appreciate you and the team at Camper World. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW CAMPER ❤️ You are the BEST CINDY!!!!!

  We had a great experience at Camping World from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. They took the time to answer all of our questions, never made us feel pressured, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Their customer service was outstanding, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. We highly recommend Camping World to anyone looking for a camper and a great buying experience!

  ​⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Experience from Sales to Parts! ​If you are looking to buy a camper, do yourself a huge favor and ask for Casey. Buying a camper is a big decision, but Casey made the entire sales process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. There was zero pressure—just genuine help, clear answers, and an amazing attitude from start to finish. Casey truly went above and beyond to make sure we were set up with the perfect rig. ​The top-tier service didn't stop at the sales desk, though. The parts department here is absolutely phenomenal. Bradley and Allen are a total dream team. When you're getting a camper ready for the road, you want experts who know their stuff, and these guys delivered big time. Bradley and Allen were incredibly knowledgeable, patient with all of our questions, and made sure we got exactly the right parts and gear we needed for our setup. ​From Casey in sales to Bradley and Allen in parts, the team at Camping World completely knocked it out of the park. It is rare to find this level of customer service across multiple departments nowadays. We couldn't be happier with our experience and highly recommend them!

  I never leave reviews let along bad ones. This place has really been a headache for me and my family. For one we traded in our camper for a bigger one. My fiancé handed our salesman the keys… 2 months later they are texting me asking me if I have the keys to our old Salem camper?? Also, when we were purchasing our new camper they wouldn’t take no for an answer. We didn’t want the camper warranty because we wanted to invest money into savings for a camper because there isn’t something wrong with it every month. They were asking 377 a month so we said no and they didn’t like to hear that. When we asked for a trade in they said we wouldn’t have to put anything down…. That was a lie. I came to have my first walk through in the camper and they asked if we could put 1500 down the day before trade in. We were annoyed but said yes. Then we get done with signing papers and they asked about the warranty they wanted 870 down for the warranty we said no. They asked “is there anything y’all are willing to put down” we said no once again. Then they were trying to tell us that we would be screwed if we got somewhere and something wasn’t working properly we still said NO. They leave to see what “they can go do for us.” So then 2 hours pass by and they come back and tell us we can have the warranty with nothing down. Wasted our time just to see if they can get money out of us. I will say if this is your first time buying a camper don’t buy from them because you will be prey to them. We finally get out and my fiancé takes it on the road to Gerorgia and he has a blow out… turns out all tires are dry rotted. Finally, I have to beg and plead for our license plate. Absolutely ridiculous with how these people do business. They don’t have anything together and obviously can’t take no for an answer and I am really sad how my first camper purchase turned out. Go somewhere else save you a lot of struggle and frustration!

  This was the worst experience customer service experience I've had in a long time. The salesman, Casey Murray at the Camping World on Diamond drive in North Little Rock, AR, was exceptionally rude. He acted as if he didn't want to give me a tour, mentioned I needed an 850 credit score after assuming I would need their financing, and talked down to me as if I didn't deserve to be there. In an apparent attempt to avoid giving me a tour, he insisted on showing website pictures of RV's and used statements like "You know, this is a "luxury" vehicle and people who but these typically have a credit score is 850 and pay half down". When I informed him that I have a chemical engineering degree and could do the math, and refused to let his inappropriate exchange change my request for a tour, he grudgedly provided one. He walked several yards ahead of us, would not talk to us along the way, and refused to go inside the RV he incorrectly described from the outside. When asked to clarify about the number of people out could sleep, since the bedding arrangement in the non-existent dining area he mentioned was clearly not an option , he basically said, well, if it's not there, it's not there. He turned to grudgedly show is the second vehicle without even waiting on us to finish looking at the first one. At that point, not to ruin the experience for me and my family, we stopped following him and finished the tour of the RV's on our own. Upon completion, we returned to front office, and I informed the managers of how terribly the, still missing, Casey treated us. They offered me another salesman but we declined. I told them I was only there because Cindy Ham, from Camping World on Warden road in Sherwood, AR, recommended this location for a wider selection of used RV's. She was a great sales host and gave the best tour ensuring to point out details like hideaway sleeping areas and mentioning outdoor possible features not necessarily in the ones on her site. She was phenomenal.
