  Drove almost 2hrs to look at their campers. The customer service was HORRIBLE!! A lady came walking l up from a cubicle-like office with a sign that said "hustle" 🙄, and right away she introduced herself. Then she turned to my husband and asked, "how long yall been together?". HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE, UNPROFESSIONAL and has NOTHING to do with us buying or her selling a camper!!! My immediate response was, "that's very personal!" She turned around and went to another office and then a male came out. He was friendly at first until we walked out to the lot to look st campers. After the third camper, he made the comment, "do you want this or not?!" My husband replied, "I apologize but we are going to be using this alot so we need it to have everything we're looking for" (which we already told him the necessities needed). THEN he said, "I don't think you're ready to buy one". SO RUDE!!!! We left. We will NEVER buy from this company. WORST customer service we've EVER experienced!!!!

  We buy campers probably every few years and a majority of the time we always buy from Camping World. We just bought two campers from Camping World in North Little Rock and they made us some great deals on our trade and our purchase and Tara, our sales lady, was awesome and made sure we were taken care of, we felt like family by the time we left. Thank you to everyone at Camping World for making our camping experiences great!!!

  I purchased a 2024 Flagstaff 20BHS from Camping World and have since been working with the N Little Rock, AR location for warranty repairs. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely frustrating and concerning. Over the past year, I have only been able to use the RV a couple of times, as it has spent the majority of that time in dealer possession for repairs. The unit was in service most recently from approximately November 2025 through March 2026. When I returned to pick it up, I found that several critical issues were not properly resolved, and in some cases the condition appeared worse. The most serious concern is possible structural/frame damage near the tongue jack area, including visible deformation and misalignment. There are also concerns with the front assembly/coupler, and I experienced significant sway while towing—even with a properly equipped Ford F-250—which raises safety concerns. In addition, there is a persistent fresh water tank leak that has not been resolved despite multiple repair attempts. I have also experienced poor workmanship during service, including damage caused during repairs. I escalated this issue to corporate (Case #06436082) and requested a replacement due to repeated failures and safety concerns. At this point, I no longer have confidence in the safety or reliability of the unit, or in the repair process. I hope Camping World corporate will step in and provide a proper resolution.
