    Robbie was an amazing help from the first phone call helped us get a rental car in a time of need! Took the drive down from Springfield,Mo and was met with a smile at the door from Justin. He was friendly and kind and helpful with all the questions I had! They were even helpful with a recommendation for lunch! Would do business again. Robbie and Justin again I appreciate you guys!!!

    Very dissatisfied! ROBBIE the manager is very rude! After I set up a rental for a certain day, I called the business number for Enterprise around 8 a.m. on the day I was to leave my car at the repair shop. Robbie said our claim wasn't in the system. He told me he couldn't help me and that 3 people were ahead of me. Robbie said he couldn't talk to me and would call me back. He called back and said IF he was able to get a car for me to rent, it would be that afternoon or evening. I was very upset and spoke to my insurance agent and rented a beautiful car from the competitor. ROBBIE is very rude, and even confrontational. I would give zero stars if Google would allow it.

    Horrible service!!! I called reserved a car, and was told ok you're all set. So we drove 20 minutes to the local location, the only location in my area. Walked in and was told they had no cars available. Horrible, ridiculous, very unprofessional way to do business.
