Love there burritos and I like that they have there employees be as thorough as they are about cleaning the gas pumps the handles in particular also like they stay on top of there window cleaning stations

So I'm a 52 year old double amputee. meaning I have no legs. I do have prosthetic legs and I do have a wheelchair so I am capable of going into my local Maverick store #5042 that I've been shopping at ever since it was constructed by another company over 20 years ago. Before it was purchased by Maverick. Anyway I pulled up today fully intending on getting out and going inside and buying back two packs of cigarettes. But there happened to be an employee in the parking lot working. So I got the gentleman's attention. Ask them if you worked here. He said yes. I told him I was a double amputee and asked if he could save me some trouble and just run in and get me a couple packs of cigarettes? He asked for my ID which is required and scanned when you purchase cigarettes here. I gave it to him along with my Maverick loyalty card that's connected directly to my bank account. He said sure I'll be right back. And then "HEATH" the manager. And you want to make sure you get his name right? Or he will rudely correct you. It's certainly not Keith. Comes out and starts talking about third party purchases and how it's illegal and they can't do it. and he won't sell me cigarettes because I tried to get somebody to do a third party purchase. The employee who has my ID looked me in the face and positively ID me as the person on my ID. Is who he's claiming is a third party purchaser. It's absolutely insane that a company wouldn't assist a disabled person who's parked right in front of the store. Who's given the proper ID and is in their database as a customer! So if you're disabled and unable to get out of your car, don't shop here! They discriminate!

A car was on fire just outside of their business with a person trapped inside and the staff refused to allow anyone to use their fire extinguisher in order to offer aid. Of course one of the staff members had no problem walking outside to record the scene despite being asked to call 911
