Horrible customer service. Stood at checkout while an employee sat around for at least 5 minutes to then ask a question and be ignored. We left and will just purchase elsewhere.

What a shame. I have had great luck with Camping World elsewhere in the country. This one asking $84.95+ shipping(of $10-15) for and RV dryer drum belt common in the industry. I have found multiple other nearby sources that have the same part for $13.95 and free shipping. Buyers beware of this place. I do not like leaving bad reviews but this is a warning to all.

Absolutely terrible! We brought our 5th wheel in for installation of a back up camera and a second battery. Not only was communication non-existent (I had to call multiple times for an update- with a "oh yeah, its been ready for a while"), but they installed our backup camera in the wrong place! And charged us over $800 in labor to do so! Apparently the service advisor was supposed to call us to get approval to install it in the weird spot- but never did- instead they just went ahead and did it- rendering our camera useless. When we spoke with the server manager about the problem- he assured us he would look into what happened and call us back first thing Monday morning.... its now been over 5 months with no call... Additionally, the second battery they installed turned out to be faulty and unable to hold a charge, another $250 wasted.
