  Tried to get an inspection done. Dropped off at 9am on Monday per my appointment. By Wednesday, no word back. I called and they passed the buck between Shawna and Bayleigh on who didn't put it in system. They had finally pulled it into the shop on Wednesday afternoon. Thursday morning, no updates and little work done. After picking it up without completion, I was called back after my complaint to corporate by the service department who informed me that it typically takes 2-3 WEEKS they hold onto it. This, he said, was due to the backlog of customers and some have been waiting that long. I called 3 other places and confirmed that an inspection is a half day to maybe full day job. 2-3 weeks on something that takes less than 8 hours is ridiculous and unacceptable. I wasnt informed when I called to setup the appointment, they didn't inform me at dropoff, and I even made rhe comment at dropoff it it took til next day, it would be fine. No one mentioned 2-3 weeks, but more importantly, they shouldn't be taking new orders if they're that backed up. They also didnt provide my order number for tracking on the website. This screams problem from the top down. I had quite a few estimates for repairs and upgrades I wanted, but I do not trust this servicer. On my way out, another customer reported similar issues with warranty work being delayed or just not completed altogether. Save your money and go to a smaller business that will treat you right. This business made no attempt to reconcile the problem or offer a solution and would rather lose the business.

  This review marks my second RV purchase from Camping World of Lowell, and countless visits before for parts and service. I will repeatedly come back here again and again for my RV needs. The customer service is laid back but professional and courteous, the pricing is straightforward, no silly business. They are flexible with your budget, negotiable with items that can be bargained about, and at the end of the day, trustworthy and dependable. This is the first vehicle purchase I’ve ever made where I DID NOT feel pressured or bullied during the meeting with the finance department. They were amazing and easy to deal with, very informative without being pushy. Went to parts and I’ve been in parts several times since, always a fantastic experience, their prices are extremely competitive, even with Walmart! It’s honestly a fun experience just to shop in here, I buy parts for my boat as well. They do insane discounts if you subscribe to their email list. I got some stuff this past winter that was steeply discounted. Overall, I will just keep continuing to come back here again and again, even on the phone they’re great, super helpful and they ALWAYS call back (very rare today) Any negative reviews you hear about camping world are from people who didn’t need to be there in the first place OR are from a long time ago, they are under new management and ownership and they are completely different now, I’ve even been to the one in Springfield (same owners) and it’s been great too

  They knowly sold me a camper at the intent to use my service contract to fix the trailer after I bought to trailer. Then once I didn't use them to fix the trailer because I didn't know this until after I bought it. They didn't want to pay for any of the parts or labor that the service contract wouldn't pay. Very unprofessional and dishonest

  We sold them a camper on March 16. Today is May 9 and we still don’t have a check from them.

  Great staff, friendly and helpful, was a great experience buying our 5th wheel and hitch Mark was our salesman and was friendly and helpful
