  They did a great job on my APU had a problem 2 weeks after installing took it back and they fixed the problem and been working great since they are great people and Dale has no problem getting right in and helping with installing or working on the apu

  A good, honest, trustworthy shop. He could've easily sold me a new or rebuilt unit but Dale is so honest he fixed my unit for a fraction of the replacement cost.

  I went to Dales to get my APU serviced and to have a belt tensioner added on. Also asked Dale to look at my bunk heater since it was not working at all. Dale and his guys took care of everything and I was out of there within a few hours. Anyone who appreciates good work and honesty should without a doubt go to Dales APU.

  I’ve had this unit for two years and has been nothing but a headache and money pit. Today I went in for an ALT code. Replace alternator and a wire that was chafing. Stop for the night and get the code again. So APU is down still. It’s been down for at least 7 months out of the two years I’ve had it. Why 7 months you ask, because Thermo King takes one look at it and says what is this setup! The only place to get work done is at one of his shops , and it’s not a place I drive through frequently. My next step is to have this taken off and get something different.
