  This was my first time using Valvoline quick oil change and the service was phenomenal? My usual place is in Sherwood and I felt it was time to find something closer. I'm definitely be back for future oil needs! Thanks Koda!

  Went in for an oil change, which was done quickly and efficiently, used a $15 online coupon. The Manager noticed I had the center upper brake light was inoperable, so I authorized him to repair it. In attempting to get the fixture off, it broke. He admitted it was his fault, ordered me a new fixture, and after I returned from lunch, he installed the new fixture free of charges. Manager was pleasant to deal with and feel I got good and efficient service. Will use again! They did offer additional service like radiator flush and refill and injector cleaning and service, but my Escape is running well, so I refused any additional services at this time. They did top off my washer fluid, check the air pressure of my tires, and looked at my air filter, which was all appreciated!

  Noah, Jung, and Jason all helped with my service today. It was obvious that it was a stressful day that was most likely due to being short staffed or training. (I was there just shy of 2 hours for an oil change and bulb replacement) While I was there, I interacted with all three of them multiple times and was also able to observe their interactions and team work. It was obvious pretty quickly that Jung was new and that Jason was a veteran employee. However I was disappointed to see that Jason was speaking to Jung during this stressful time. Jung was working hard and you could tell he was trying his best (he did make some mistakes or was needing help a few times) but understandable with him being new. With him not moving as fast as Jason wanted, Jason on more than one occasion released some of his frustration on Jung. It wasn’t until Noah got involved with the services that there was a more positive interactions for both myself as the customer and Jung while learning how to complete the services. Thank you Noah, so much for being positive and calm despite the frustrations of day. I know it made a difference for both Jung and the customers going in. I hope you get your promotion. Jason (who I found out was the store manager), I completely empathize with you from a leadership level on how hard and overwhelming it gets with staffing, training, and a rush that just doesn’t seem like anything is going right. Take a moment to breathe, and calm the nerves so that you are able to approach each situation with a little more patience. It makes a huge difference to the retention of your employees and return of your customers. You can lose both on one bad day. I can tell you were genuinely trying, especially when you apologized to me for one issue and gave a great goodbye; share a little more of that with your employees even when they may be adding to your stress. Jung please be kind to yourself and don’t give up! Keep practicing, I am sure you will get it in no time!
