  I live in a rural area with lots of logging trucks - so this is the second time I’ve needed my windshield replaced due to a crack caused by debris / gravel rock…and Safelite has saved the day both times. Easy to work through my insurance - scheduling was a breeze through the app…and great communication throughout (even a short video to watch so I’d be prepared for my appointment, and reminders for care afterwards). Even better - when I arrived at the shop…there was a Manager’s Special, so I was able to get wipers, rain treatment and air filter replaced for a great price (and had lovely conversations with both the manager and the tech who got me all fixed up and back on the road). Needless to say - two thumbs WAY up!

  Safelite met all expectations. Windshield replaced within the 3hr timeframe I was given and covered by my insurance deductible {no hidden costs). Excellent communication via text to keep me appraised of status before and during appointment. Technician, Reggie, met with me personally to go over repair work, review follow-up procedures & warranty, and answer any questions. Excellent customer service.

  Run run away. Took three trips to get our windshield replaced and finished with grease all over the interior of the car including the headliner. Bent up top chrome piece because they did not secure it right. Not on sorry about that when I left. Avoid avoid.

  I will rate the technician Bradynt 5 stars. He was courteous and helpful. The company alone I give 3 stars, the only reason why I give 3 is due to the schedule time and not give giving technician time for travel. He was 2 hours late. He had to work almost in the dark. I would use them again. It was easy to make a claim and get this done.
