Getting a windshield replaced is not on anyone's top ten list but at least Safelite made it easy. Easy to make an appointment, Safelite tech. showed up on time. knowledgeable, the windshield was replaced in minimum amount of time , fair price, payment was easy. All in all a very good experience.

setting up the appt was easy, but technician did not do a good job! The chip in the windshield is maybe 10% better than it was! Called customer service & they only offered to refund the $ for repair to the INS co IF we were to replace the windshield!! That was the whole point...to not have to replace it & IF we decide to. we will NOT be using safelight after seeing this shotty workmanship. Pics don't do it justice

This was just a terrible experience. I will never go to them again and will never ever recommend them. I should have just paid the extra and gone to the dealership at least things would have been done right the first time and they would not have broken my speaker or the panel. The first time calling them the person did not give me the option of ordering OEM glass. But I did not think about it at that time. It was not until the tech came out and installed the glass when I noticed it was their glass. The tech did vacuum a great deal of the glass, but still left a lot on the floor that was very noticeable pieces of glass all over the floor. The tech also broke my speaker or broke the door panel or just didn't install back right because now that side just rattles when the stereo is on. It's so bad I almost can't play music, and I can say 100% the door was not doing that until they came and replaced the glass, and no other door is doing that. I called them back and requested for the OEM glass to be installed, and I get a call on the day of the appointment for the tech to tell me the OEM glass is not in inventory and that the main office is going to call me and reschedule. No call from them. Lesson learned. If I could I would tell them to come and remove their glass from my vehicle and give me a refund and I"ll just take it to the dealership.

I canceled my appointment 8 times and still received text, emails and phone calls about the appointment, they still did not cancel the appointment. I called 2 times to cancel, the second time I was transferred, I’ve been on the phone this time 45 minutes and they still can’t cancel. This is the sorriest company and experience I have ever had. They just told me they can’t get ahold of anyone at the shop. They took my money.they have now made a claim to my insurance company and made another appointment without my consent.

My insurance company pushed me to use Safelite. Don’t do it. They will call you before 8am even when your appointment isn’t until 12-5pm. Then they’ll install your windshield poorly. My 2025 NISSAN now has water damage to electrical components and upholstery due to Hannah ( 01873-193 Little Rock university location )installing my windshield without seal and then it rained. Actually stormed. Now, we have rain AGAIN in the forecast and they can’t come atleast fix the seal to prevent further water damage. If you don’t care about anything but the windshield use safelite. After 2 hours on the phone I still have yet to be able to speak with a supervisor. Literally, the lady said “I’ve tried the store manager, customer advocate, and district manager.” Then mysteriously the line disconnected. When you try to call the actual location the ai system will loop you around 3-4 times before trying to reach a human at the store. After 3 tries of calling and no answer, here we are! Wish I could give zeros stars. And the only reason I gave two is because “allegedly” it’s harder for them to remove than a 1 star. Shame on insurance companies using them. Next time I’ll go else where and request reimbursement through the insurance company before I use this company again.
