  Great experience with National Car Rental in Little Rock! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the entire process was quick and seamless from start to finish. Everything went smoothly and made traveling that much easier. Would definitely rent from this location again!

  Special shout out to Brave one of the many stellar employees at this location. I've rented many cars here and all the staff are amazing. Brave in particular is always a pleasure to work with and has amazing customer service skills always with a smile.

  National used to be my go to Platinum partner with American Express but their services and inventory in “executive “ selection have waned in my opinion. My latest experience at the Little Rock Airport was a negative one. First I had two reservations for two different business purposes and not one of the vehicles I reserved were available. Whats the point of asking in the app? You get what you get. I had a full size truck the first day and a full size suv the next few days. I drove out in a RAV 4 that smelled of marijuana which isnt the first occurrence. I figured I would air it out but it wasn’t by the next day when I had to go back to meet my next group. I called corp National and let them know I was not satisfied with my vehicle. They said the branch will need to call me directly. I waited at the airport for half an hour then I had to pick up my group who then asked if I had been smoking weed. Great. Never did get that call. Of course the text survey comes after the trip. I provide feedback and “we are concerned, may we call you or do you want a response?” “Yes”. No call back. I will be looking at other options and if I can make Amex aware of who they partner with.

  National Car Rental provides an exceptional rental experience every time! Recently I had a business rental for a client visit and arrived at the airport late in the evening. Mid-size cars were taken, and without hesitation, I was provided a new BMW. I also needed to keep the car longer due to a travel delay and was able to easily extend the rental through the mobile app. National Car Rental makes returning the car easy every time with quick drop off, service with a smile, and email receipts. I will choose National Car Rental every time! Shout-out to the staff at the Little Rock, Arkansas location who provided an exceptional rental and service experience!
