    Windshield was so dirty couldn't hardly see out of it. It had cigarette smell in the car.

    While the people working her were very polite I returned my car which had a chip in the windshield and knew I would be charged for it since I declined the rental insurance due to having it through my credit card but when following up with them for the repair receipt they never responded. Making it so I cannot file the claim with my credit card… If mgmt is seeing this please respond to my most recent email on 6/25 with all the documents needed. The customer service link directs me to a call center not in America and despite being told by them that I would receive an email with the documents needed I have never received this. This process has taken 5 months now... Unacceptable. Claim #23333385

    It’s national so people are friendly. It’s slower than most nationals and doesn’t have emerald aisle. It’s ALWAYS sold out. Over a period of 3 years 50 percent of the time they don’t have vehicles. You would think they would bring more vehicles in.

    Waited in line for over 2 hours (despite status this location makes you wait in line). To make matters worse, they had no cars available even though I had a reservation made a month in advance. Despite the inconvenience I stayed cool. The guy at the desk promised 3 free days for the inconvenience, he took my name and number and assured me a manager will contact me. No other agency had vehicles available. It’s been almost 2 weeks, no contact from a manager no compensation. Their poor planning left me using Uber for the entire week with all my luggage and work gear. Ruined my entire work week. Cost me a lot more than expected. I now believe that the guy at the counter is just trained to make false promises to help deescalate the situation. If not addressed soon I’m emailing corporate. This is unacceptable. After they message me me here I called and still have not received a call back. They marked me as a no show despite being turned away. By far the worst.
