  Service Dept Review! We always have such a wonderful experience with Michella, Angie and Will at McLarty Volvo. They truly go above and beyond to take care of us and are always so incredibly kind and helpful. It means so much to have a service team that we genuinely trust and that makes us feel taken care of every time we’re there. We’re so grateful for all three of them and can’t say enough good things about the way they treat us!

  The McLarty Volvo Sales and Service team are great to work with! They sold and serviced my XC 90 and when it was time to look for a new vehicle, they were my first and only “stop”!

  I purchased a 2026 xc40. It has less than 10,000 miles on it. I purchased it last year. I’ve had it in the shop for various electrical issues four times. Each time nothing has been found. The last time when I craned my car, a white stripe out a quarter inch wide slowly went down the center console display. And an error about my headlights Displayed in the notifications of the entertainment console. I called them and it was supposed to be quite a few days a Loaner car. I asked to speak to a customer service manager twice before I took the car there I did not get a call back. Once I got the car there, I got a loaner and I got about 5 miles in the road and noticed that it had less than a quarter of a tank of gas. This is after being Told they did not know how long it For the car to be diagnosed and repaired. So I ended up putting about $59 worth of gas in it. I called to speak to The service manager again and was told that they would give Him my number and he would call me back. He did not call me back. I Called the sales line and asked to speak to the general manager. I was told he was out but the service person said they would escalate it to their manager and I would get a call back. I did not get a call back. I picked up the car today, they could find nothing wrong with it, even though I provided them with pictures. Nor did they offer to reimburse me for the gas I had to spend when my car was in the shop or offer Any explanation as to why someone from management has not called to speak to me. I consider this bad customer services. I’m very disappointed and Disillusioned with both the car and the company and the service. The loaner car I got displayed some of the same issues that I have with my car at this point I give up and as soon as I can, I will trade it in for and reliable vehicle. Additionally, I was telling on Facebook that I would be called by management That hadn’t happened either. I was strongly suggest you reconsider buying from Little Rock Volvo or an XC model Volvo. I should’ve researched before about it, but I didn’t. I have never had an issue with any other dealers when it comes to customer services.
