  The manager, Reese, is s liar? extremely petty and unprofessional. The last time I came in, he told me I needed brakes and rotors on both the front and rear of my BMW. The thing is, BMW’s brake monitoring system only indicated that my rear brakes needed service. There were no warnings for the front brakes, and I wasn’t experiencing any issues that would suggest I needed front breaks. Jiffy Lube quoted me around $600 for rear brakes and rotors. I asked if they could simply resurface the rotors, but they said it would still cost around $400. I then bought my own brakes and rotors from O’Reilly Auto Parts for $210 and asked if they could install them. They still wanted to charge me $400 in labor, which made no sense because that’s nearly the same price as having them supply the parts. Instead, I went to another mechanic who installed my brakes and rotors for only $125. Later, I returned to Jiffy Lube for an Uber/Lyft inspection. Reese immediately claimed my front brakes needed to be replaced and refused to pass my inspection. I told him my BMW wasn’t showing any warning for the front brakes, but he insisted. BMW literally tell you if the brakes or anything else goes out there is a warning indicator in the dash even If it’s a flat tire. To be sure, I went directly to BMW of Little Rock for a professional opinion. While they don’t perform Uber or Lyft inspections, they inspected my brakes and confirmed there was nothing wrong with my front brakes. Even after learning that BMW found no issues, Reese still refused to pass my inspection, saying he wasn’t going to be responsible for it. Amd argued me down that he was right. What bothered me even more is that he barely inspected anything else on my vehicle. As soon as he overheard me asking another employee whether my brakes would pass, he focused only on that and found a reason to fail me. It came across as though he was looking for an excuses rather than performing a fair inspection. Every time I’ve visited this location, I’ve felt pressured into unnecessary repairs. It seems like Reese is always trying to find issues in something, regardless of whether my vehicle actually needs it. Reese attitude is noticeably worse than everyone else’s I think he may have a power complex. The rest of the staff have always been polite and professional. I simply wanted to complete my Uber/Lyft inspection so I could continue earning money. Instead, I left feeling like I was treated unfairly. I hope management takes customer complaints seriously because this experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I went somewhere else. Guess what I passed inspection which again proves that he was lying again… SMH

  They looked at my tires and said I needed new shocks because they are wearing out unevenly. Just went to another mechanic who did a bounce test and said he doesn’t think I need it because hood is coming up immediately if pushed down on. Glad I didn’t listen to Jiffy lube and kept my 800 dollars.
