- AVAndre Venable2 days ago1.0This location left myself and others stuck at the airport without transportation yesterday due to lack of vehicles even tho we have reservations. Worst experience ever with this location and the desk customer service team. They should be saying we are sorry and issuing points for the MAJOR INCONVENIENCE, instead of shrugging their shoulders saying they dont know what else to do. Thank God for Budget Rental 🙏
- JSJohn S4 days ago1.0Garbage, employees on their cell phones. No cars available even though I had a reservation for a week and already checked in. I only use enterprise but this inefficient, poor service has me reconsidering. Do better, I'll wait 15 minutes and then I'll use another company

It was likely a ignorance on my part when I was on the phone setting up the appointment to pick up the car, the associate didn't mention there would be a large deposit. It was a surprise when I found out. I've never rented before so likely an err on my understanding of the process. That being said, the car was in excellent condition. It drove like a dream and I had no issues (besides now wanting one of them ...It was a 2025 Nissan Sentra). I would definitely rent from them again in the future!
