- SWSam W5 days ago1.0Charlie Foxtrot. Stand in one line for half an hour to only be told "we don't have any cars right now, go wait for one to come in." Then, some people are given a vehicle and some aren't. Yes, I had a reservation.
- MAMargarita AlvesMay 9, 20263.0I would have given a 5 but need to rent a car to go back to the airport and my experience was totally different from the airport. Used my debit card/credit card when I got to Little Rock airport to drive 2 hours to visit my family. I turned in the car and needed to pickup a car for my return trip to the airport, the price of the car was $65 more and I couldn’t use that same card. The customer service representative said they don’t take debit. I told her, yes you do, look at my rental from a few days ago. She told me this branch doesn’t take that. Poor customer service.
- JGJolie GerdingMay 5, 20265.0I made the mistake of booking with Budget, I even prepaid. When I went to the airport counter to get my car they denied my credit card, claiming they didn't accept Chime, even though my Chime credit card is what I had prepaid with. Nowhere online did it state that they did not accept them. ENTERPRISE came through in a pinch! I cancelled Budget, went to Enterpise, immediately got a nicer car and was on my way after Budget stranded me at the airport! I made it home comfortably and safely all thanks to Enterprise! I dealt with Enterprise in Kansas years ago and I will never, ever use another company again! Enterprise is worth every dime, for their vehicles, their courtesy and their customer service which was perfect with every employee we interacted with at a total of 4 locations in the last month! Way to go, keep up the great work!
