  Have rented two times here, both times the staff were super helpful at the time of pickup as well as dropping off, even after hours. I had booked a midsize car and got free upgrades, the cars were very clean and in good condition, no notes. This last time I was greeted by Dewayne (at least I think that was his name hahaha), very nice man & helpful at a 4 am drop off, would definitely book here again

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car this past weekend. From the moment I picked up the vehicle until I returned it, everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient, making the rental process quick and easy. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed for my trip. The return process was just as simple, and everyone I interacted with provided outstanding customer service. It's refreshing to have an experience where everything goes exactly as expected. I would definitely rent from Enterprise again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable rental car and exceptional customer service.

  I frequently rent cars from the airport location. It’s advisable to book a week in advance, especially on Sundays-Tuesdays. Jarvin, in particular, went above and beyond to help me when I accidentally left an important item behind. I’ve had wonderful interactions with all the employees I’ve encountered. Thank you for your unwavering hard work and dedication; it truly doesn’t go unnoticed!

  While the people working her were very polite I returned my car which had a chip in the windshield and knew I would be charged for it since I declined the rental insurance due to having it through my credit card but when following up with them for the repair receipt they never responded. Making it so I cannot file the claim with my credit card… If mgmt is seeing this please respond to my most recent email on 6/25 with all the documents needed. The customer service link directs me to a call center not in America and despite being told by them that I would receive an email with the documents needed I have never received this. This process has taken 5 months now... Unacceptable. Claim #23333385

  My husband and I have rented from countless Enterprise locations across the country as we travel often, but this location truly stood out. The customer service was exceptional, and the entire experience was incredibly efficient from start to finish. A special shoutout to DeAundre for going above and beyond to take such great care of us. He handled every question and concern with professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. Outstanding service like this is rare, and it definitely deserves recognition. Thank you for making our experience such a positive one!
