  The service from the manager sir Alex was beyond a waste of time. He kept stating he explained everything over the phone about the requirements. Yet every time we reached the expectations there was something new that had to be accomplished. He seemed to stall giving proper customer service to us and had an attitude while I kept professional. Seemingly frustrated after we finally made a move towards paying the card didn’t work. If you don’t give respect to your customers how can you be rated a manager. It’ll only make sense if we were rude to you, but you seemed angry and subtle from the start.

  Very disappointing experience. The first car I received had a strong vibration at highway speeds after the tires had been replaced and the alignment was apparently done incorrectly. I had to go to a different Enterprise location to exchange it because they had no other cars available. To make things worse, I returned the replacement car in person on Sunday as agreed, but my final invoice shows it returned on Tuesday, charging me for two extra days when Enterprise already had the car. Between receiving a car with a mechanical issue, having to waste time exchanging it during my trip, and then being incorrectly charged after returning it, this was a very frustrating rental experience.

  Very friendly staff very cool realiable people knew what i need a car for had little bit of a miss understanding with the requierments but once i had the those paper everything was smooth after that thanks i would do it all over again.

  I rented a car on Saturday; Logan gave excellent customer service. There were only 2 team members working and although the waiting room was filled with customers returning and picking up cars, they served each customer with patience and purpose. More workers needs scheduling on Saturdays to accommodate customers requiring assistance. Overall- good experience!

  Customer service at the location has been good, which is why they are earning three stars. Additionally, I have only had one occurrence where they called and said they didn't have a vehicle for me the following day even though I reserved it a day in advance. After that, I started reserving several days in advance and there has not been an issue since. I've rented from this location multiple times, and unfortunately the smell of cigarette smoke in the vehicles has been a recurring issue. In addition, when I reserve a full-size vehicle, I'm often placed in a small SUV or offered a smaller economy car because that's all that is available. The Rodney Parham location has been my preferred option because it's close to home and opens at 7:30 a.m., which works well for my early rental needs. However, the ongoing issues with smoke odors and not receiving the vehicle class I reserved have become frustrating. As a result, I'll likely need to consider other rental options in the area.
