- HSHoney SweetsAug 18, 20261.0that h Keundra is very unprofessional, will put you on hold without saying anything and never come back to the phone. a friend of mine had to buy a tire for their rental car to make a very important appointment and they are refusing to reimburse her although they had initially agreed to. I would not recommend this branch to anyone they are always pretending to be busy anyway

- ABAyjah BriannaAug 11, 20261.0I was a frequent renter at this location but the service has plummeted. In April of this year I rented a vehicle and was given a SUV with a slow leak. I did not realize this until I was 2 hours away. I called the local store and after being directed to multiple locations we ultimately agreed that I would purchase a tire out of pocket and I would be reimbursed. I bought the tire but 4 months later I still have yet to see a refund. With me being a creature of habit I have gone back to this location multiple times since but this last time and the lack of empathy or effort to truly solve this problem is very frustrating. Now when I call there’s no answer and it’s going to require more of my time to get back the money I paid for their tire.

Enterprise changed me for a damaged car that I didn’t rent, they gave me the runaround for 2 months, so I finally called the Broadway location and asked for the manager, she was able to call them and my money was on my card the next day. Kudos to the manager on Broadway
