  This is the worst enterprise in the area. When I came in, there were only 2 people working and a full lobby. A couple walked out right when I got there because they had been waiting so long. The woman seemed to have a good attitude until she got to me. I had been waiting 45 mins. When she finally got to me, someone she knew came in, so she stopped and helped them first. Then she helped a guy that had gotten there after me. She said she was looking to see if they had a vehicle available. That took 20 more minutes. She finally told me they had zero vehicles available. I had a reservation. I had to Uber out west to get a rental. She was so rude! I'll never use this downtown location again. I suggest you head to Rodney Parham yourself. Apparently others have had issues with this woman and she is well known.

  Staff was helpful, polite, friendly and courteous. Andre was able to fix a snag I ran into with paperwork and he did it with patience and understanding so that I told him I’d be back to rent from them again

  I made an online car reservation and Ubered to their location. Upon arrival, they tell me they have no vehicles available at this location. I ask why it allowed me to make a reservation and am told that online reservations are automatically accepted. Absurd.

  I had a terrible experience with Enterprise in Arkansas, particularly the locations in downtown and at the airport. The customer service was abysmal. It felt like they were more interested in passing me off from one representative to another rather than actually helping. I strongly advise against using these Enterprise locations. If you need a rental car, please look elsewhere. The poor customer service and complete lack of accountability make it not worth your time or money. Save yourself the hassle and call a different rental company!
