- IWIra Wright1 day ago1.0I wish I could give a zero today! I booked the car after the airport was out, only to catch an Uber to get there and be told there are no cars. This is the third time this has happened to me at an Enterprise. I will not be renting ftom them again and suggest you check twice also. Horrible!

My rental itself was clean, beautiful, and in perfect condition. I had absolutely no issues. The 200 Broadway location is small but they do their best.

So the young man asked when I could get the car, I requested Monday or Tuesday morning, he said no to both so I said ok give me your availability, he says Tuesday around 2,3,5…I said ok I will be there Tuesday at 2. Get to the office, give my name and the young guy immediately ask if I could come back tomorrow, I say no and give a play back of the conversation I had the previous day with someone, he says o that was me, off course I asked his name, it’s Andre. Andre then says he will get a car, another young man takes my information then Im just waiting, it’s only about 20 minutes however I’m Upset because the reservation was confirmed the previous day. After waiting I tell the young man at the counter to cancel my reservation, and not that I wanted him to beg me, but he didn’t offer an alternative, he just said ok. This location is unprofessional and unorganized.
