  The employees at the Markham branch in Little Rock Ar are amazing!!!! The young man from Tyler Texas is extra friendly and helpful. Also, I was involved in an accident in the rental car and the assistant manager made the process hassle-free. This location is by far the best Enterprise I have dealt with. Please give the two guys that I mentioned a well-deserved raise!!!!

  We have rented from Enterprise for years. Without exception they have made car rental an easy experience. From pick-up to return they have it covered.

  I made a reservation online, but when I got there they told me they didn't have a car for me. If you don't have a car to rent out, don't take the reservation. They then claimed that they had left me a voicemail letting me know that they didn't have a car for me, but my phone doesn't have voicemail, and there are no calls from them in my call log, so that was a lie. At least they were friendly as they lied to my face and wasted my time. Response to owner: After wasting my time taking a reservation when you didn't have a car for me to rent you want to waste more of my time by having me call or chat with customer service? Can they time travel and get me a car in the past when I needed it?

  Alex is the best. He has taken care of my needs and placed me in great vehicles each time! I have a special needs son with a motorized wheelchair. Alex helped me find the right vehicle for my needs.
