  Great experience at Bale. Seth was nice, knowledgeable, and worked hard to ensure we got the vehicle we wanted. Seth made contact with us several times after the sale, mailed us the second fob, and Bale personally delivered floor mats they didn’t have in stock at the time of sale 3 hours to our home.

  For all customers that’s looking to buy a used car. Never say never buy a car a used car. I should say for Bell Chevrolet. I have the diamond Warranty and it still doesn’t cover rusted parts that was sold to be by Bell Chevrolet. They do exactly what they were selling, but doesn’t want to stand behind. This is despicable when you pay for the highest Warranty available and you sell a person a car then you tell them that you’re gonna charge them to fix it. It’s unprecedented. They do not stand behind anything they say or do please take your services elsewhere. You have been warned!

  I couldn't recommend Bale Chevrolet enough. We bought our dream vehicle through them, and John was our salesman. John and the whole Bale team made such an impact on our car buying experience that we will NEVER go to another dealership other than Bale. John was an exceptional salesman, with such good character and morals. He is the BEST salesman, and we are so blessed to be able to say we bought the vehicle of our dreams because he made it happen along with the whole team. We never met an unfriendly face, and we were treated as if we were family. Everyone was so transparent, friendly, and it made the whole atmosphere of the dealership such a joy to be there. Chris, the finance manager, was so helpful, and not pushy like most financial managers can be. He was so informative, and great personality. We took our two littles to the dealership, and one of them is teething, and our salesman, John went above and beyond what was ever asked or expected of him and gave us ice to help our baby be more comfortable. Bale Chevrolet will always be proudly supported and recommended by us.

  My husband and I saw a 20’ box truck at Bale Chevrolet in Little Rock so we stopped and spoke with Matt Bale. We ended up buying the truck and we couldn’t be any happier with Matt. Matt went above and beyond getting the truck ready for us. Out of their own pocket they put 6 brand new tires on it, as they were doing that they changed the oil, saw that a shock needed replaced and fixed it, the brakes made a sound and they put new brakes on it, this was after we agreed on a price of as is and to top it off they delivered it to us the next day with a full tank of gas and with all these improvements they didn’t ask for a dime. The tires alone had to cost at least $1,500, BF Goodrich, not cheap. Anyway, if y’all are looking to buy a vehicle go see Matt Bale, he really cares and will take care of you. He definitely has earned our future business.

  My nephew was looking for a new vehicle and asked me to accompany him on his journey. He had researched a few dealerships and vehicle options. Our 1st stop was Bale Chevrolet. Upon arrival we were met by a Salesman named John. John welcomed us inside, from the scorching hot heat. My nephew explained to him what he was looking for and John sought out to retrieve the keys. Unbeknownst to him the vehicle was being occupied. He offered his apologies and asked if he ( my nephew) would be interested in anything else. He showed him a Nissan Frontier, and my nephew fell in love. John was very patient, down to earth, friendly and he also was very knowledgeable. One thing that stuck out to me was he did NOT hound him into a sale, he didn't quote him ridiculous prices or turn him away when he was unsure. In fact, he guided him through the process effortlessly and efficiently. The entire staff was impeccable (Brad was funny and his personality shined brighter than his pink shirt, loved the color btw) All in all it was a great experience for my nephew, being that it was his 1st time purchasing a vehicle. Oh, I failed to mention, he drove away in a new vehicle with great terms. Thanks Bale for everything. He is absolutely proud of his purchase and all of you alls work ethic and hospitality.
