  Each department has atrocious communication, to the point where it almost seems intentional - people are nice when you go in but rarely helpful

  I brought my 2025 trax in 3 weeks ago because it was running rough and a light came on. They said they updated it. But then yesterday it started all over again. Now its in Russelville getting worked on again.

  Graham was very kind and not pushy at all. He went out of his way to make sure the car we wanted for my daughter's birthday was ready and available. Sadly, the sales manager Blake Bowers did not honor the price he quoted me 2 days prior to my husband going to test drive the car. He would not even come out of the back office to speak to my husband. We live 2 hours from the dealership. If you buy a car from here, use Graham for salesman but request a different sales manager than Blake Bowers. He is not a man of his word.

  First of all I would give them 10 stars...Also I would like to say that Bale Chevrolet in Little Arkansas has top 5 star sales department. I bought a vehicle in April and my salesperson K John Rice was excellent from start to finish. I had a little bit of an issue registering my vehicle in florida, but Michelle Bennett, who is part of the titling department at Bale chevrolet, was very helpful and thorough.We talked constantly for about a month to make sure that everything was done right, because we hit a couple of issues in the process. Michelle Bennett has done an excellent job and was there for me through the stressful process. She was very professional, and she went above and beyond to make sure I had my proper paperwork so that I can be titled in Florida properly. I would 100% recommend anybody to go to Bale Chevrolet, because they set the standard for excellence and professionalism as well as caring for their customers.
