  Brad Bass was an exceptional sales person! He made the process of getting my new truck so much easier and less stressful. Roderick, the manager, was also amazing and helped ensure that we had everything that was needed and made the process easier. I will definitely continue to use them throughout the years!

  Made a cold call to bale Chevrolet looking for a truck. Got Brad Bass on the phone, told him what I was looking for, he said , come on down we got plenty trucks, made an appointment to meet. Finally made it to the dealership and met Brad. What a feller , after some back and forth we settled on what I could afford as I was trading in a diesel (6.00 diesel)which I was deep under water on. Brad and the dealership worked wit me and I was able to leave the dealership with a new truck. Many thanks to the staff and Brad to make this happen. Happy face.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment I walked into Bale Chevrolet on Chanel Parkway, I felt like family. My salesman, Mr. Brad Bass, made the entire experience easy from the beginning. He was able to help me over the phone first, see what I qualified for, and run the numbers before I even came in. Once he let me know I was able to get a vehicle, he told me to come on down, and when I arrived, my car was already waiting for me. The whole process was smooth and professional. The finance department worked with the numbers and was able to get me a payment that fit my financial situation, along with a great maintenance package that gave me even more peace of mind. I really appreciated the customer service, the quality of work, and how comfortable everyone made me feel throughout the process. Buying a car can be stressful, especially when you’re not sure what you’re going to qualify for, but they made the experience feel straightforward and welcoming. I drove away happy with my vehicle and with the deal I received. I definitely appreciate Mr. Brad Bass and the entire team at Bale Chevrolet for taking care of me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  BUYER BEWARE!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! *** I was told by Brad Bass and his lovely manager that I owed an extra $2000 in addition to my trade in, which is fair. HOWEVER.........They actually tacked on $10,000 with a predatory loan. $3,000 of this was for a warranty I didn't want or need, but I was told I HAD to have to finance. LIE!!!! I AGREED TO BORROW $2,000 ONLY, and the number shown to me by Brad Bass and the paperwork/warranty person was ONLY the monthly payment amount. VERY DECEPTIVE! THEY Should BE ASHAMED!! The actual price I paid for my used Kia was $37,000. I was told by Brad Bass my taxes would by around $150. WRONG!!! NOT WITH A $10,000 SALE. Everything I WAS TOLD WAS INCORRECT AND VERY DECEPTIVE. ******WITH REGARD TO THE OWNER'S RESPONSE........THE TIME TO SHOW CONCERN AND "DISCUSS" HAS COME AND GONE!!! DAMAGE DONE!! I WAS REPEATEDLY LIED TO. WAS EVEN TOLD THAT MY FINANCE COMPANY REQUIRED THE $3000 WARRANTY TACKED ON. I DONT BELIEVE FOR A SECOND YOU WERE UNAWARE OF EXACTLY WHAT TRANSPIRED, AND FRANKLY ITS A REFLECTION OF POOR MANAGEMENT, LEADERSHIP, AND SEVERE LACK OF ETHICS. YOUR STAFF DID WHAT YOU TOLD THEM TO DO. I CAN UNDERSTAND WANTING TO SAFE FACE ONLINE, BUT DONT INSULT MY INTELLIGENCE. TALK IS CHEAP.....I DONT NEED TALK. WHAT I NEEDED AS A 58 YEAR OLD, SINGLE FEMALE WAS FAIRNESS AND HONESTY WHEN IT COUNTED. YOUR COMPANY FITS EVERY NEGATIVE STEREOTYPE IVE EVER HEARD ABOUT USED CAR SALESMAN. ****CANCELLED WARRANTY TODAY BY THE WAY. KIA'S UNDER 60,000 MILES DONT NEED. WHAT KIND OF A SHITSHOW ARE YOU RUNNING?
