- CCCindy CallihanJul 3, 20261.0I was involved in a wreck. They didn't even have my vehicle for 24hrs & when I called to get the price to get my car out they told me $657.75!!! I was shocked, to say the least! I asked why it was so high & the guy said "OH that's because of alot of fees from LRPD." I get to the tow yard & again was told the price & I couldn't help but cry! I told the guy "Y'all have had my vehicle for 14hrs, I don't understand how it's sooo high!" He said "OH it just came in last night?" Long story short he dropped it down to $432.35! When I looked at my receipt it didn't say anything about LRPD but the tow itself was $350, a small clerical fee & storage fee of $87!! My vehicle was drivable & I tried to get in it & drive away after the police were through with me & they told me I HAD to get it towed because the wreck occurred at a city intersection! I've NEVER heard of that in my life!!! Needless to say this company is robbing people legally & if I didn't know any better I would say they have Something going on with LRPD to throw them tows!

After waiting for them for over two hours, they said they wouldn’t be able to help me out. The service manager at the dealership we bought my car at told me to call Asher’s. They were there in less than half an hour and got me taken care of quickly. They were legitimately my hero today! I will be a loyal customer because I believe in taking care of the businesses who take care of me.

Luckily we found another towing company that was more professional and friendly.
